KLM Flying Blue App ( which I didn't get to use because they switch to Alitalia at check in)

KLM switched to Alitalia right at online check in time, which made things very confusing. Even the flight number changed. It would have helped if KLM would have let customers know this in advance.

Horrible experience with Alitalia. They boarded us on a plane that had a wheel issue, and kept us on the ground for 2 hours before they decided to de-plane us. We then had to wait in a 5+ HOUR LINE to get rerouted (nope, they won't handle these issues online or over the phone, you have to wait in line). And THEN they wanted us to wait in a 2 hour line to re-drop off our bags. We got stuck overnight in Rome and were put in a horrible Hilton Garden Inn and barely made it in time to use our coupon for a "free meal" (aka, frozen meatballs and stale bread in a buffet that had been sitting out all night). On our flight back, the food was absolutely terrible, the movie selections were old and scarce, and the seats were uncomfortable. We called to complain as soon as we got home and still have not heard back from Alitalia. I will never fly with them again.

Decent flight. On time departing and arriving. Luggage arrived with us.

Audacious prices for checked luggage. If you pay online prior to check-in €25 per bag If you pay at check in it is €45 per bag. This is downright theft by all the airlines who engage in this very profitable but nefarious activity and really needs to be stopped. First bag should be free/ nominal charge or at least part of the ticket price. (It is like a restaurant charging for cutlery and plates so you can eat . Would that be acceptable??)

The crew had no smile, neither a hospitable attitude. The food in the second meal seemed stale. I did not finish the meal for fear of getting sick. The entertainment system was the slowest I have ever used in my life. The glass holder for my seat was broken. It took me 7-8 times calling assistance that someone finally came, which took at least 40 minutes. And last but not the least there was water dripping on the passenger next to me.

Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!

The staff at the front desk for the check-in were extremely helpful. I had a complicated issue with my luggage and they helped me to sort it out in the best possible way. Amazing service! Furthermore, the entertainment on board is great! Nice movies, nice food, friendly flight attendants, etc. They even offered me a second sandwich =)! I truly loved my experience with KLM.

I booked 2 tickets for my parents and asked for special request - Wheelchair. They didnt get the wheelchair. On AMS airport they were walking for almost 2 hrs from one counter to another as no one was there to help. My mom is not able to walk now. Thanks to Jetairways. Also from BOM-AMS they didnt get meal. Thanks Again.

good service in spite of rather crammed conditions and short flight, UK newspaper was available, plenty of leg room (biz class consisting of one row in the front:))) - the lucky 4 in that 1st row were the only ones to get food, and also drink for free, it seems... and yes, the flight was short and otherwise uneventful, I was the 1st to walk off the plane.

The plane was a tiny oldish commuter jet with 2 seats on each side of the aisle. In "biz class" you still had to rub elbows with your neighbor, something other airlines with newer planes have sorted out, but allowing extra space between seats.... but overall, for a short flight (not much longer than an average subway commute in NYC), it really was not a huge deal....

Lounge is nice, if busy. Finnair staff offered me a better seat at check in. Seats flatten out and have many features. Tons of convenient items all marimekko - nice pillows, blankets and slippers. Helpful and attentive staff, always check on you but also give you plenty of time to snooze. Nice skin products and omg, clean bathroom. Easy to relax.

The Asian vegetarian meal is rice and chickpeas! Was not too bad but also my breakfast was more chickpeas and grilled zucchini. I never requested a "vegetarian breakfast" - feel bad wasting food like this. I sent the veg salad back opted for fruit salad croissant.

The food, the entertainment, the fact that the airline staff could speak English and that some of them were actually helpful

The upkeep of the airline, some of the airline staff to treat all passengers as one as I noticed more than an unusual amount of passengers were favoured over one another. A minimum flight of 5 hours was served with just the one meal. We were served lunch at 930 am on one flight. The observations in economy aren't as important as business class. Only if we could all afford to travel on business class.

After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman.

I have just had the most unpleasant experience with Swiss Air and feel that anyone on FB should be very careful when dealing with this airline. I am a Gold Member of Star Alliance for more than 20 years and have flown dozens of times on Swiss and would expect courtesy and consideration in return for my loyalty to their airline. Their flight from Hong Kong to Zurich leaves at 00:15. I mistakenly booked this for Nov 9th instead of the intended late evening of the 9th which then turns out to be Nov 10th. When I discovered my error, I called Swiss at least six times to explain my error and ask if my son could stand by for the same flight on the 10th or even apply the amount to rebook the same flight the next day. ZERO flexibility or consideration. Missed flight, lose entire value. Start from scratch. Astonished that an airline that claims to be serving their customers would treat me this way. I travel through Europe at least 6-10 times a year from Asia. I will now route through Frankfurt, Munich, Paris, London, Vienna, Instanbul or even Moscow before ever going through Zurich again. I encourage anyone making travel plans to be very careful when considering flights with Swiss Airlines. Perhaps this treatment of a loyal customer explains why they went through bankruptcy already once.

Great and frequent meals, pleasant staff. The airplane is in a good condition. I really like how they give you a small paper menu before serving food which shows you what the food is going to be served and the choices you're gonna have.

Awful tablets which are supposed to show movies and other stuff. The touch screen is awful, but there is a mechanical control without which it would be impossible to use. The feedback of this mechanical control is so slow that it makes you feel like being punished for something. I don't know why it's so hard to make a responsive tablet but it's a problem on many-many airplanes. These tablets are so bad that sometimes I think it would be better without one at all.

Despite having reached the Delhi airport 3 hrs prior to departure time, I could have missed my flight due heavy rush. The air;ine/airport agencies need to open more counters for faster processing. I bought a ticket for three persons: my wife, my daughtet and me. I am Nigerian, my daughter American, and my wife's Turkish. However, because of the diplomatic row between Turkey and the U.S., my daughter was refused entry into Turkey. Turkish airlines' policy was to refund the ticket of any American caught in this row. They said they will refund my one month old daughter's ticket. However, my wife and i will not receive a refund. We bought the three tickets together. Our ticket numbers ended in 235...51, 235...52, and 235...53. However, they will not refund our whole money by cancelling the ticket but only that of my daughter. So this is the question: Does Turkish airline want me to leave my one-month old baby in the U.S. and tavel with my wife to Turkey? What kind of parents will we be if we were to abandon our daughter to take a trip to Turkey. Even, the people in Turkish airlines will judge us evil parents, yet that was exactly the only option they gave us. Lose your daughter or lose your ticket money. They will not even just change our iternary or give us another destination we suggested without penalties which are almost 3/4 of our initial ticket price. They just made away with our money. You cannot say, 'We are cancelling tickets for American citizens' but make no exception for parents of infant citizens. This is the height of criminality. So, me and my family couldn't take the flight and lost $1500. We had to buy another ticket by airfloat to get to Georgia. But Turkish airlines refused to even contact us on the refund for my daughter. A truly criminal enterprise.

They had a vague refund policy for Americans, forgetting that American infants can also have none-American parents who are as much victims in this as the American infant. For them to be myopic and keep repeating talking points of their refund policy is unfortunate to say the least.

Staff were very friendly.

Checked in online and booked seats that had extra legroom. When boarding the plane seats had been changed and we were separated. Not happy about it. Agree with other reviewers re Abu Dhabi, not the most pleasant experience in the connections hall. A bit all over the place!

After I had run from one end of the airport to the other to go through customs and catch my connecting flight and boarded with 15 minutes to spare, I was pulled off by one of your officials and was not given a reason as to why. The flight attendants were talking about sweeping any areas of the plane that I had been in. It was when we had almost reached customs that I was informed that another passenger who was stuck in Customs had mentioned my name and that is why I was pulled off. So, I was treated like a criminal and questioned and threatened by the customs official who went and searched my belongings to see if I'm lying about what I brought with me. They then tried to get me to fly with the other passenger just because we knew each other, even though I clearly and repeatedly told them I am not traveling with that person. I suppose this isn't all Etihad's fault, but if you are pulling passengers off of your plane, don't ignore their questions and treat them like criminals. Also, when I got back on, the filght attendants were unsympathetic about my situation and smiled it off. It ruined my whole flying experience. Also, the buttons to adjust A/C and call flight attendants was really high up and hard to reach for a petite woman.

The flight was delayed two hours and it was not announced very clearly.

The crew had no smile, neither a hospitable attitude. The food in the second meal seemed stale. I did not finish the meal for fear of getting sick. The entertainment system was the slowest I have ever used in my life. The glass holder for my seat was broken. It took me 7-8 times calling assistance that someone finally came, which took at least 40 minutes. And last but not the least there was water dripping on the passenger next to me.

My luggage did not make the flight because of my connecting flight's delay. This is the second time this has happened with aeroflot unfortunately.
