Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks

I bought Business class ticket but they treated me like economic class. No lounge allowed at check inn I have to take stuff out while other passengers have more than 25 lb in bag. Because I bought tickets from other than airlines . It’s discriminations from airlines to passengers.

On both legs of my trips (Jhb - Dxb and Dxb - Jhb) the entertainment system did not work.

service was slow, to get water had to press 4-5 times , crew come near but never notice, serving those they like to serve, hope this crew can improve their attentive ness and serve everyone respectfully.

Overall experience was bad , one does not expect after travelling for 14 hrs in Boing 777-300 ER to be pushed in to a craft with a extermly poor seating pitch, no room for hand baggage in the luggege bins and extermly poor service quality. This patch made my overall expereince mediocre and would definetly look for better choices when flying in or out of Delhi in future.

1. Please deploy better trained and courteous staff. 2. Wheel chairs be available at all steps of layover till boarding gate. 3. Food services be also improved . 4. TV and phone charging facility be also provided.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight ok, but me and other two passengers didn’t have connection with the entertainment in our seats. So, no movies, no games, no music… for 9 hours. The crew just told us that there’s nothing they can do but I noticed during the flight that there were empty seats, so they could have offered to us to change seats. Customer service could be better.

Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future

Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki. They stated there were mechanical problems. I had to scurry around to find a new flight that would meet my needs for arrival in Helsinki. Luckily I was able to find alternate transportation through Lufthansa/United.

Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.

Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.

Very rude hostess. She embarrassed me in front of others. I went to sit after taking off in a different sit in the same economic cabin. Was the area where doors are. She come to me very laud and said: go back to your sit those sit are more expensive.wow! No diplomacy. Flight was super full except 3 of those sit. The only person in that row later during the flight occupied all sit laying down!. Once more disappointed at American Airlines. Early flight they lost my luggages for 4 days. Never refund money for replacement for some of essential items purchased..when I booked the flight I thought was Finlandair. I

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.

Okay experience, seats had a very poor legroom and width. Very uncomfortable for long journeys.

COmpared to my experience in the business class of other airlines the food variety and offerings were meager. They did not have any cookies or crackers for snacking! They were unable to offer some other items. This has never been my experience in other airlines.

Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

Better attitude training for staff at airport, better training for flight attendants, better food, don’t put us with all the crying babies that cried nonstop for 12 plus hours.

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home

A350 has great entertainment. Make sure to watch the plane's external tail and nose camera's on landing and take off. Seats were a little hard for a 10 hour flight. I am gluten intolerant, they had good alternative meals for me on the flight.

1. Food provided was not per the selection. 2. Very old and outdated media infotainment and not much language oriented films 3. Better provide with a proper headset rather cheap in ear headphones.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.

Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.

The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.

Terrible. After landing I got info that my next day trip to Toulouse was cancelled. Lufthansa offered me an alternative route via Lyon and lisboa, so I'd end up in Toulouse at midnight, missing all my trains and unable to book a car to reach my town on the morning, where I am expected to turn up to work. I tried to reschedule my flight by talking to an agent. Was waiting in the web chat queue 2 hours (there was 200 people before me), and when I finally got an agent he has decided to end up our chat just after I explained him the situation. Not sure if it was technical glitch or blatant act of disrespect. Either way I had to buy myself a ticket from easy jet from Lyon to Toulouse, so I'll be there at midday. I do not understand why Lufthansa did not rebooked me to that flight in the first place, deciding that is is a better idea for me to waste 12 hours more for multiple flights. Extremely annoying and disrespectful

Food could have tasted better and had more options - they ran out of vegetarian options. Considering this was business class, I don’t think that’s acceptable.

Rude staff and seats are only can accommodate small people. If you 6 feet and up be ready for struggle.
