Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Very concerned with guest comforts going out of their way to accommodate special dietary needs when the guests hadn’t pre-ordered.

It was fine. Nothing special but nothing went wrong so all good.

Crew is excellent Wifi needs to be improved in order to connect to the internet.

Overall the airline tried to give excellent service. The wheelchair service was bad at SFO. My baggage was also delayed but I thank them for taking the trouble to find it and deliver it to my home.

Excellent crew service. Professional, courteous. Service with a smile. Good food Very decent flight experience

No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment

The flight arrived on time. 2×2 seating meant no one needed to sit in the middle. This was a connectibf flight from Singapore and required going to 3 counters in different levels to check a golf bag

The crew was very courteous and professional. the flight is relatively clean and comfortable.

SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.

Gate and boarding processes were handled smoothly and efficiently. Both (connecting) flights departed and arrived on time. The cabin crew seemed anxious and a bit stressed/rushed. Food service was OK, but the hot food dishes were poor quality.

HAVING ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR PEOPLE TO BOARD ACCORDING TO GROUP IS ESSENTIAL N ENSURING N CUTTING OF QUEUES, EXCEPT FOR PRIORITY CLASS PASSENGERS ON A SEPARATE Q

We still get drinks and a snack. Love the gift bags too.

business class is old but still done very well by the team.

Excellent airline. The plane was clean and the staff were very attentive

Good experience although the boarding gate is at the terminal extension hence need to leave lounge to head over earlier.

Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience

I'm not interested in improving the airline. Therefore, I won't explain this in more detail. Next time I'll try a different one.

The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.

Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.

I don't like this airline. The website is not user friendly. I tried to check in multiple times and no joy. Then I googled why might this airline not let me check in and it said if you are checking baggage you can't check in. I really thought that I had purchased baggage. Because I have been traveling for 3 months and making sure that I pay for baggage on every flight. This flight they said that I had not purchased baggage but there is really no way to check on the passenger side.

I wasn't able to check in. The website could find my reservation but then an error occurred. I tried 4 times spread out through the day and got the error message every time.

Delayed and very little leg space, my knees were into the chair Infront, when I put one leg into aisle out was overrun by staff.

A truly unpleasant experience with Vietjet. The check-in especially was unacceptable. Our purchased ticket stipulated that our paid-for baggage included one checked bag (20kg), a carry-on (7kg), and a personal item that must fit under the seat. The check-in team insisted that the 7kg limit also included the personal item, which was not mentioned on our ticket. They would not listen to any reason, including that we had planned our trip around these weight limits. We were forced to purchase expensive overage baggage as a result. Throughout, the staff at Denpasar Airport was extremely rude and threatening in their behavior. When we boarded the plane, Vietjet's service did not improve. The lavatory didn't have soap at the very beginning of the flight and this wasn't fixed. We were also made to board a full hour before take-off, only to sit for no reason on the tarmac before a long flight. I wouldn't fly with Vietjet again.

well it was a short flight so there was no food but couldnt answer that question with a N/A There was no entertainment so N/A but the flight was great and staff was number #1

Never on time when I fly and Thai Vietjet App is too complicated. I had booked und paid for seat number 15A but when checked in, I got another seat number and row. I paid extra 50 bath for what??? They couldn’t change and I got no refund. No time to discuss with the ground crew to change it. I would never pay for seat anymore.

Excellent experience nothing could be improved with staff. Was hoping someday the airline will use tape recorded lfor languages that are not common to staff. Probably with AI it might be a good addition

Need more where chair assistant helper I request, but no one help me.

We were packed in like sardines. They did not even serve water on the flight!

Everything was good just the part on the need to transfer via bus to plane
