Food was just okay, need to improve for other menu variations

SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.

Wish the underseat compartment don’t have a restriction, can fit a personal item such as backpack fully like most Boeing

Best airline I think. No problems with anything. Crew were great, no problems with the airline food and entertainment and a smooth flight.

Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.

The food wasn’t good at all. I skipped meals .

Food from Surabaya was below average but from Singapore is much better

We were not given option for meals since they ran out of the other option but good thing the remaining options tasted great.

Loved the airline with the exception of their carry on limitations. They enforce a strict 7 kilo limit for carry on baggage which is ridiculous. We traveled from SFO to SIN with carry on with no difficulty yet when we checked in Delhi they forced us to check the carry on bags. The weight of our carry on bags were 11 and 12 kilos and while they exceeded the limitations set by Singapore Airlines they were well under weight limitations set by may other carriers. Interestingly my wife and I were each allowed two 22 KG bags to check in addition to the 7 kg carry on for a total weight of 102 KG's. Our total weight with the one bag we planned to check and our two carry ons was 46 kgs.

Food could have been better. Too many passengers getting up and down all the time.

Good experience although the boarding gate is at the terminal extension hence need to leave lounge to head over earlier.

Thai Royal First is very good. Easy check in , Private room in the first class lounge and escort from ticketing to the plane. Once on board crew was very polite, food was outstanding, and the ride was smooth as silk. Restrooms were especially clean. Great Experience

I'm not interested in improving the airline. Therefore, I won't explain this in more detail. Next time I'll try a different one.

The flight (boarding) was delayed by 40-50 minutes and there was very crowed. They need to improve on the timeliness & boarding process. (They asked passenger to board in groups, but the 2nd group was standing there waiting for 20 minutes!). However, services from the crew was very good, also the food was good as well. I also found the legroom was quite comfortable.

Need to improve on punctuality. My flight was delayed by 1 hour.

Seats were uncomfortable and the vegetarian meal was awful. Some of the entertainment didn't work.

Except that our flight was cancelled, by mail, and later moved to 12 hours prior, then the experience was good. In Bangkok we were offered a hotel, it was fine, but would have been nice to know in advance😉

The flight was mostly fine, but I really wished that seats had an outlet to charge devices considering the length of the flight (15 hours there and 14 hours back).

Although booked meal of fruit only The crew had not received this special meal The same happened on my flight Bangkok / CAN The films are so old that best is to use own computer to watch downloads . Serve nuts but they do not warm up . Service is attentive , WC clean

Terrible. It’s like they are stuck in the dark ages. I brought a standard carry on suitcase and a back pack - I was told I could only carry on 7kg per bag - in business class, I was forced to remove articles from the suitcase and put them into my backpack! That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever encountered in all my years of flying. The two bags weighed the same amount but one could not be more than 7kg. Holy cow.

A truly unpleasant experience with Vietjet. The check-in especially was unacceptable. Our purchased ticket stipulated that our paid-for baggage included one checked bag (20kg), a carry-on (7kg), and a personal item that must fit under the seat. The check-in team insisted that the 7kg limit also included the personal item, which was not mentioned on our ticket. They would not listen to any reason, including that we had planned our trip around these weight limits. We were forced to purchase expensive overage baggage as a result. Throughout, the staff at Denpasar Airport was extremely rude and threatening in their behavior. When we boarded the plane, Vietjet's service did not improve. The lavatory didn't have soap at the very beginning of the flight and this wasn't fixed. We were also made to board a full hour before take-off, only to sit for no reason on the tarmac before a long flight. I wouldn't fly with Vietjet again.

well it was a short flight so there was no food but couldnt answer that question with a N/A There was no entertainment so N/A but the flight was great and staff was number #1

Never on time when I fly and Thai Vietjet App is too complicated. I had booked und paid for seat number 15A but when checked in, I got another seat number and row. I paid extra 50 bath for what??? They couldn’t change and I got no refund. No time to discuss with the ground crew to change it. I would never pay for seat anymore.

Excellent experience nothing could be improved with staff. Was hoping someday the airline will use tape recorded lfor languages that are not common to staff. Probably with AI it might be a good addition

Need more where chair assistant helper I request, but no one help me.

We were packed in like sardines. They did not even serve water on the flight!

Everything was good just the part on the need to transfer via bus to plane

Around Asia, Vietjet is always my favorite airline. Great service and beautiful stewardesses :)

I get tired of Viet Jet's regular delays. I tell myself every time that I need tp switch to Air Asia, which I have, but AA doesn't always have flights when I need them. Oh well...

Worst experience, hands down. With a movable departure time it's impossible to know at what time to go to the airport. On the day of my return flight I received a kayak email informing me that my flight was bent rescheduled for an hour earlier. I literally had to run to the airport to learn it wasn't true. Never again

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.
