off late the crew and the air in the flight is becoming that of a budget airline not the earlier Vistara .
It wasn't clear from where to board flight international or domestic Airport
Information was not clear from where to check in international or domestic Airport at Ahmedabad.
The deplaning experience was bad, since they did not get the aerobridge at Madras on arrival and the bus felt like a local train during office hour rush
i bought a biz class fare but a few days before vistara always changes my biz class flight to economy .. happened to me 4 times .. seated could be wider .. boarding could be more organized .. crew did their best but not enough resources all in all very poor experience
Qatar said few times that the luggage will be at the final destination but they were wrong. Please check where your port of entry is at the destination. This is where the luggage would be. The food was terrible.
Comfortable seats, service, food and responses of crews member was polite and way they were talking with customer was very professional.
They need to be more accommodative when folks have a connecting flight and that too under the same ownership.
I have been taken about 500 flights over the last 22 years or so and I would say that in terms of cleanliness and interior maintenance this particular plane was by far the poorest one I had. The upholstery and carpet was downright dirty and poor. Practically every single video system was nonfunctional. Practically every single food tray was bent and could not hold the food tray. On and on. Its a joke to even be asking feedback. Air Indi needs to be embarrassed to be putting out this level of service.

Staff needs to be trained in managing customers better. Indigo appears to be a low cost airlines in all aspects.

I did not like the communication gap existing amongst the staff and the customer. My flight to Nagpur was delayed by two and half hours but it was informed to me on email ( not by W.A. or SMS) when I have already left my home in Baner area. I was painfully detained at airport with luggage when the gate no. 10 was changed to 5. I'll never recommend your flight to anybody.
Seats don't recline, no charging points. New aircraft and very clean. Crew should serve some water atleast.

There was inordinate delay without any plausible reason. This has become a normal feature of Indigo now a days.
Flight was inordinately delayed, which has become normal with Indigo. Crews were inattentive. After landing there was a lot of time for arrival of chek in baggage
What started as a small delay at checkin ended up being a two and a half hour delay by the time the plane took off. The annoying part was that we weren’t told what the holdup was.
Offer a pillow in business class for night flight. More comfortable seats. Offer alcoholic beverages. Get flight attendants that care.
It was not possible to do an online checkin with Nepal Airlines. Apart from that, all the rest was very good : good food, friendly staff that ensure that Covid rules are respected (not always easy),…

The aircraft was very old, felt like poor economy seats. Entertainment was not working. Plug point was broken. For the coat of a business class ticket, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. Crew on flight to Mumbai were good, on way back they were mediocre

No first drink available for 10 hours so make it easy for beer or wine
The food was abysmal, entertainment system didn't work. seats were broken, toilets were unclean, I am going to write an official complaint because the experience was below average.
Screen are not working. Windows not clean. Staff is very good. Food is okay. Experience is good. I hope the up coming is more then betters for others airlines thank you.
Flight got canceled, didn’t help much to reschedule flights, rescheduled flights took more that 40 hours for me to reach back home, with lots of layover and didn’t provided lounge even they told to do so. TV in airline was not working either.
I like to see entertainment system as well as USB charging port in working order. In addition, thought entertainment system did not work, I could not turn the screen off. As a result, glaring screen was facing my eyes throughout the 16 hour journey.
