Lufthansa cancelled my daughter and my ticket without any notice. Misinformation from Lufthansa staff from departing caused our luggage to be checked out to part of our connecting flight, not all the way through to final destination. Because of that, their reason was my return ticket from Delhi to states was cancelled and they left us stranded to fetch for our own return flights. Worst customer service from staff at counters.
Airline missed my special meal order. Those planes are really old and have very less leg space. Choice of movies is very minimal.
Lufthansa should strongly consider increasing transit time to help passengers arriving from Bengaluru as the current time transit time of 1 hour 40 minutes appears inadequate and rushed and likely greater chance of missing that connecting flight to St Louis. This would encourage a lot of Indians coming from south India to take advantage of this service to Su Louis
Entertainment options are very limited. FRA to ORD leg entertainment did not even work. It is outdated and never responded. Food is absolute garbage.
There were no cell phone chargers. The entertainment screen was difficult to manouver.
Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying

The flight was small and was not cool very bad
It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.

These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Cabin Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin, including seats and tray tables, was not up to par. The lack of cleanliness impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of passengers. Excessive Noise: The flight was notably noisy, with disturbances and loud noises making it difficult to rest or concentrate. The noise levels were considerably disruptive. Food and Catering: The quality and variety of meals served on the flight left much to be desired. Furthermore, there were issues with accommodating dietary restrictions, which is crucial for passenger satisfaction. Good leg room and I picked the seat in last 24 hours. Food was tasty with 2 full meals and first one smaller. The crew as expected courteous and on their toes serving extra water and items in between.

I paid for premium seats and the last minute they changed the aircraft for a bigger one, they bumped me to another seat which was NOT at all comfortable for an 11 hour flight, will fight for a refund!!
The landing was catastrophic. I was very scared. I thought it were my last lminues. Pilotes should be more experienced
ALL services were good. An announcement should’ve been made at the end of the flight that filling out a customs form would not be necessary anymore for USA travelers entering Philadelphia.
The flight was smooth, the premier economy seats were comfortable, the flight crew were excellent. The on board food, however, was AWFUL. I suggest bringing your own food on board.

The service on board should have been better fast service
Everything was good crew, food and comfort but the entertainment was a little bad the tvs stopped working half way through travel.
The boarding was delayed and they didn’t let us know why until after we sat on the plane (the plane was delayed getting in) but they had us waiting in line for over 1/2 hour for some reason which I didn’t understand.
They were on time that’s the only good thing I can say about them. Everything else could’ve been better starting from the rude crew to the condition of the plane to the food and the entertainment system not working very well but they did get my bags to me (which they forced me to check even though I only had a small carry on) which friends that also flew on ITA did not get, so at least there’s that.
The programming in the entertainment features was very out of date.
