I think it was a very good, left in time and reached in time. Crew was good

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.

Some help when I asked but everything was so confusing to figure out otherwise. More clarity to direct through procedures needed!

Our flight was delayed by almost 1 hour, and this negatively impacted our experience. Everything else was OK.

I flew twice this vacation with air canada and I don't know if I would ever book again with them, the flight attendants were very nice and apologetic but the delays were horrible first flight was 7hrs late and the second was 1hr late

Delays, cancelled, re-booked, cancelled, re-booked. Arrived too late to do pre-paid tour. So tired went to bed early

The entire aircraft was outfitted with comfortable business-class seats that featured luxurious reclining capabilities and built-in footrests for added relaxation during the flight.

Flyt was changed but got me back to Victoria. Will fly with AirCanada anytime. Thank you

Well is extremely poor, not even a small bottle with water. Completely different than what use to be in 1970. Evolution or devolution? Everything those days is just make money, but not to remain with a nice experience, on pillows, no blanket's, no nothing!!! , Excellent pilots. But service from service, zero.

Sadly, it was a terrible experience. The flight was greatly delayed and the gate was changed four times! Then when we arrived in Cleveland we waited on the runway to deplane for 40 minutes because ground crew went to help another flight. Then the crew left believing our flight had been cancelled and not greatly delayed. We were at the gate the length of time it took us to fly from Toronto to Cleveland!!!

Food options in Economy class can be improved. The headphones on the entertainment system only have a single earphone active, this can be improved.

The flight crew, the on-plane service, and the food were fine. The seats lacked cushioning and were uncomfortable compared to other planes from recent flights. The plane was initially delayed one hour and that expanded to 1.5 hours. When we boarded, there was insufficient room for our carry-on bags, which added more time to disembarking from the plane. It appeared the Air Canada staff or the Toronto Airport staff were less than competent to handle whatever the issue was that caused the delays, which was never communicated.

Not a great experience. Food was very poor. Overall experience was mediocre to poor.

My baggage got struck in Rome while coming back from Hyderabad - SFO I missed my connection from Delhi to Hyderabad, and they were offering me a flight 3 days later. I had to purchase my ticket to go to Hyderabad.

Boarding was haphazard after people with small children or walking difficulties

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience

The check in staff was excellent. Some of the ground crew at Bengaluru airport that Lufthansa has outsourced to are terrible. The airport security removed my 2 power banks and set it aside from my check in luggage but they ground staff refused to go pick it up despite the airport security confirming it’s waiting for them to pick them up. I was very disappointed by their utter disregard for customer service and unwillingness to help me.

Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.

Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
