As we approached Denver, we encountered quite a bit of turbulence. I know this can sometimes be the case as I frequently fly this route but not on American. My gripe: Usually a pilot or co-pilot alerts passengers to the possibility of turbulance ahead of time. This did not occur nor did he communiucate during what was a pretty rough ride.

As we approached Denver, we encountered quite a bit of turbulence. I know this can sometimes be the case as I frequently fly this route but not on American. I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.

Always seated jammed in rear of aircraft Admirals Club food at DFW terminal D was absolute worst food experience and I pay $600/year to eat this dried out junk

Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly

So awful Unreliable Unfriendly Bad Mad Mean Smelly Hot Late Overbooked Understaffed Expensive Cramped Narcs If they were a fruit they’d be rotten durian

Nothing exceptional. No drink of any type, even in first class was provided for the hour and half trip.

Flight from SBP to DFW 1. They rerouted us through PHX 2. Delayed flight out of SBP for 3 hrs so we missed our connection Downgrade on rerouted flight. Back of the plane, center seats, didn't sit together 4. Return flight out of DFW same exact thing. Delayed, missed connection, Downgrade + they lost our luggage! A complete mess.

Crew was rude and the flight is not comfortable for long haul.

I have lost my items and I didn't receive good customer service

The food service was limited and not good. For a seven hour flight they could do better.
