These are one of the older seat arrangements facing away from the windows! Not particularly convenient sets. No storage spaces. NO COAT HANGING HOOKS. Inconvenient business class seat compared to any other airlines of similar class. Staff are excellent! Extremely professional, friendly. Food is good too.
Overall, flight was excellent but check in was very slow for Premium Economy. Economy queue was shorter but we weren't allowed to use it.
The staff was not very polite but the flight was very very nice and comfortable and the entertainment was great

Premium economy more comfortable than economy, but not by much. Did was awful, do not try the omelette. Flight crew were helpful. Flight was delayed by over an hour. Overall but bad, arrived safely and thank God.
I was originally scheduled on AA 1763. When I landed in Miami, I went to the counter for flight AA 2115 to try to move my flight to this one. I was in a first class seat on AA 1763. While they moved to me this flight, I was told that there were no other 1st class seats available and they assigned me into coach. However, when I was getting off the plane I noticed that one of the pilots who was also in line to go jump seat - somehow miraculously got a 1st class seat on this flight. It is actually infuriating that I had a paid 1st class seat yet somehow they would move an AA employee ahead of that. At a bare minimum, they should have compensated me for the fare difference and I really think paying customers should ALWAYs get the premiere seats.

Seats were much more cramped then on the 737. Narrower and rows closer together. Flight was absolutely packed and the plugs under the seats didn't work. Was forced to check my bag even though previous flight had no issue with it.
Nice comfortable flight from Barcelona back to the states. The premium economy offers the extra room we need for my husband. The food was good and our flight attendants were excellent.
Terrible. Our luggage was delayed and couldn’t be delivered for several days. We got bad information from the airline agents at baggage claim. We had to pick up our car so we wouldn’t be charged for an extra day. We got lost in the maze of airport parking. The baggage claim agents didn’t offer us any compensation for our extra time and expense. We are tired, hungry and very frustrated.
Always seated jammed in rear of aircraft Admirals Club food at DFW terminal D was absolute worst food experience and I pay $600/year to eat this dried out junk
Flight was delayed because of a bird strike. They had another plane available within 45 minutes.
Flight attendants on this flight were very attentive and friendly
Food should be better quality. Video screens have poor resolution and the library of movies is poor. The other airlines are much better.
Premium economy seat was decent. As always poor headphones, poor food and beverage, crew is not overly friendly
