Suite lounge in Honolulu is very exclusive and boarding from the lounge into the plane is unique. First suites were huge and comfortable. Japanese meal is like a high end omakase meal. All the staff were very kind and provided sophisticated service. Fast Track upon landing was appreciated but not needed this time because immigration was so empty and easy.

I like the service very much. The food just okay but maybe different culture who like, who don't like.

Everything was excellent. Only the fish entree in the Japanese meal was overcooked and quite dry but everything else was great

Great first time experience on this airline. Very professional staff and great service.

Warm the bread. Movies: better choices to include Chinese movies options or some of the older winners of flim festival

I was able to change my flight last minute. It was more expensive, but that was my fault. Thank you for allowing me to fly!

Business class on ANA was awesome. There lie flat seats made it easier to sleep on a 12 hour flight. Food was great and service was excellent.

The crew was very nice and polite. They made sure everybody got their meal and drinks. Even the economy class had a very adequate leg room for someone that is over 6 foot tall.

Overall it was good. Making changes to the reservation on ANA’s website was little challenging. Would like to see those features improved in the future.

I traveled business class from Lax to Narita flight Jl61. The crew was attentive and polite. Food was good quality and service was as it should be. Narita to Bengaluru Jl753was another story in business class. The cabin was darkened for the 9hr:30min flight, food was mediocre, service was below standard and crew can't speak English to save their lives. When you ask for noodles soup from Ala carte they gave cup of noodles while Lax to Narita i was served the best Ramen noodles in a big bowl. Why the disparity on this leg of the journey.....or is it because there were mostly Indian passengers and it really did not matter to Jal to bother as its a poor country and Indians refrain from speaking up? A good airline but differentiation like this brings their reputation and business down.

Japan Airlines was excellent as usual once on the plane. Cabin crew was wonderful as usual. Boarding was solid on the Honolulu leg. For Thai Airways the boarding was less organized. I was in an earlier group but they weren’t clear with the numbers or instructions. Flight crew from Japan to Thailand was very good.

Terrible. Our flight was delayed by 15 hours. We lost a full day of our vacation.

highly recommend for trip to japan only reason why i gave good not excellent is because their selection of movies and tv shows in English is more limited .

We asked for Hindu vegetarian meal in advance and the quality of the food was horrendous. Never flying JAL again!

Japan airline is excellent service .I recommend to Kayak and Japan airline to Frend.

Overall a great experience. One complain was the vegetarian food that my wife had which was mostly boiled vegetables with not much flavor.

Very accommodating and kind airline crews. The plane is also big which makes the passengers more comfortable and relax

I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!

We booked business class round trip from Delhi to San Diego and back. On our last leg from Bangalore to Delhi we were down graded to economy class which was big disappointment other than that everything was great.

Service was top notch and the attention to passengers is great. Takeoff and landing was on schedule. Food selection is good

I was in a middle seat where I felt a bit too cramped otherwise the trip was good

Airline should consider adding a small meal at the last leg of the flight, right now there is 7 hours of no meal break.

The food wasn’t good at all. I skipped meals .

Food from Surabaya was below average but from Singapore is much better

The usual excellent experience with Singapore Airlines. The airplane was on time and actually early to Haneda Airport. The onboarding experience was pleasant with no delays, perhaps owing to the fact that the flight was not full. Nevertheless, the air crew were their usual outstanding standards in serving the passengers.

We were not given option for meals since they ran out of the other option but good thing the remaining options tasted great.

Horrendous. We upgraded and they took the money but cancelled one of our tickets. The recline action didn’t work on the seats for the flight from Singapore to London, pre booked meals but they seemed to have disappeared as well.. Phone customer service was horrendous. Took 5 phone calls and no fix. Craig at the airport was the only one who seemed to be able to get the ticket back.

Very good flight from Boarding to landing -efficient and comfortable with decent entertainment options

Loved the airline with the exception of their carry on limitations. They enforce a strict 7 kilo limit for carry on baggage which is ridiculous. We traveled from SFO to SIN with carry on with no difficulty yet when we checked in Delhi they forced us to check the carry on bags. The weight of our carry on bags were 11 and 12 kilos and while they exceeded the limitations set by Singapore Airlines they were well under weight limitations set by may other carriers. Interestingly my wife and I were each allowed two 22 KG bags to check in addition to the 7 kg carry on for a total weight of 102 KG's. Our total weight with the one bag we planned to check and our two carry ons was 46 kgs.

Leg room wasn't that great. Other than that it was a good flight

A lot of things Never flying with this airline again Had an emergency landing

Chicken pieces were too big with pasta. Need to be smaller.

They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

My connecting flight was canceled or never existed. My stopover went from 1 hour and a half to 10 hours. It was a long day that I wasn't prepared for and it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Cathay is great though. Great staff, entertainment and food.

Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.

There was a flight attendant named Angela who took care of me because I injured my foot badly right before the flight. Because of the service she provided I will always fly Cathay.

I am Vegetarian also has Gluten free food. However they gave me chicken and fish which is gluten free, but i am a vegetrain and i requested crew Hindu meal vegetarian, they said they will come back. .but they never showed up even i asked 2nd time. They could have compensate. I also request airline industry to have another option Gluten Free for Vegetarin people as well. Because Vegetarin people will have gluen issue...

Just want to do a little more clean up so does not smell like urine.

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.
