There is issue with first name and every thing is correct, and they did not onboard, it was really bad experience I recommend not to buy ticket and support team is very poor ever though online support is very bad

Plane is very old and not the same seating as online No per seat entertainment The large shared tv wasn’t working Didn’t provide headphones No announcements of departures or arrival from captain or crew
The staff were courteous. The best part is that this airlines has a place designated for prayer. As a Muslim it’s very important for me to be able to pray and the airlines facilitated this for me and others who were on the flight. The other great aspect of this travel is there was no alcohol served. I love this airlines
The entertainment system on my seat didn’t work for the whole length of the flight, staff was not helpful. Horrible experience. Its so hard to go through a flight from LA to jeddah with no movies.
The plane was bad, a lot of pressure in the cabin, I was in pain and my ear drums almost popped
This booking was as a result of stolen identity and hacking my debit account. I reported it to my bank. The thief tried to book two flights, maybe more. Hopefully, Kayak will be able to block fraudulent bookings and charges better in the future.

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again
I wonder why checking carry on bags while the checking process was done by Moroccan security. Is it question of trust or Morocco security system is not qualified enough?

Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
Food could have been better Entertainment was absent even in Business Class
I like it very much. Gulf Air is always the topper rank of the world. I love it very much.

The entertainment on board was really poor. The map doesn’t give enough information and the movies have arabic subtitles, you can’t choose. The stuff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast really poor. The food must not be spicy! They didn’t have enough drinks.

Aircraft was new and comfertable .on time. Cabin crews, which I got english language pronounce was very difficult to understand .ovee all ok flight
The boarding at Heathrow is chaotic. That's partly due to the lack of space and seating at gate 8, and a Qatar flight from gate 9 at the same time. That's down to Heathrow rather than Gulf Air. I've had a similar experience here before. Another problem which isn't specific to Gulf Air or Heathrow is announcements, and those for boarding in particular. They are difficult to hear with all the other noise and for me with hearing problems it's even worse. A simple tv screen would help, so long as it's updated of course.
Worst checkin experience. Lot of delays. Checkin agents rude. Flight delayed. No regrets by the airline.
Level of service is definitely going down, cannot expect the same service as earlier
Crew was horrible. No greetings. Did not ask for any food. The crew seemed like they were forced on the flight against the wishes. Should be de-roastered.

Indigo attempts to make you pay for a seat during check in. I opted to not do this. The result - they allotted me and my minor son seats apart. In the interest of making maximum money, they seem to have lost common sense too. Similarly, even during the flight, the crew are busy trying to serve food to those who’ve already paid for it. By the time they’re done, it’s time to land and no one else is able to get anything. Sadly this seems to be what makes them profitable, customers just need to bear with it till a better airline comes along.

Staff needs to be trained in managing customers better. Indigo appears to be a low cost airlines in all aspects.

I like the price of the ticket. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to drop off luggage. I do not like the waiting, waiting, waiting to board. I liked that the flight was on time.
Very poor Customer service…the girl at the check in desk was horrible. her service was not even close to world standard but I think Flynass can improve and learn to treat their customers better
The flight delayed. No screen, no charge for mobile devices. The portion of food is very small. The food is not delicious and no sweet just 3 pieces of fruit mostly apple. If you want coffee or tea you have to buy even you buy ticket at higher price than airlines that offer drinks, snacks and meals for free.
I will never ever book air india in the future. I was with my family and at delhi airport I had to go through too with horrible experience. My 12 years daughter saud that she will never come bqck to india the way people treated us. There was no line for bags drop off since we checked online and print tag at their Kiosk as per email instruction. People working at the counter were so careless and rude. They were keep talking to each other than taking care the customers. I will not recommend anyone to fly via air india. I had horrible experience. Especially, the staff at checking counters was very very rude and careless. I have feeling if air india won't change the way they doing their operations they will out of business in a few years. Air hostes were not happy . I did not see a smile on anyone in the plane. I called twice for the assistance and no one showed up. I hope you will sene this to the Hire authority. Food quality deteriorated after Tata aquired the airline. No alcoholic drinks till last meal on a long haul 15 hour flight. Entertaiment systems needs a complete overhaul.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Non reclining seats on a 14 hour flight. Crew skipped drinks for my row at least twice.

only 3 meals in a 17 hr long flight. first meal after take off then nothing for 8hrs for people boarding at 2pm at orgin. you expect people to go without any food for 8 waking hours? there should have been 4 meals during a 17hr long flight. food quantity was also less. when asked for food the flight attended said they are about to begin food service then didnt do it for 2hours after saying that. terrible experience
The planes are dated and need upgrades. Seats are not comfortable and entertainment equipment doesn’t work
Direct Connection is the biggest advantages. Aircrafts are now better but food and beverages could be better and served more often in a ultra long flight
Poor behavior by ground staff in Mumbai. Very harassing. Initially they did not let me board with my little violin. They do not have the correct information. No concept of hospitality. The food on the flight was not good.
