I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of airline,they destroyed my baby’s baby stroller,that cost more than 2000$,the seats in a 13 hour flight was broken,so I definitely not recommend that airline for other people

The planes are very cold. The AC is too much.
It was great honestly the cabin crew were warm and welcoming everything was perfect the food was nice.
Didn’t like anything about the flight: I am so frustrated at this point. Since 8 days I have been dealing with your customer service regarding my seat changes. I paid $51.10 for extra legroom seats and one fine morning I get an email that my seats have been changed. I tried to contact the customer service and they have been just fooling me around stating that my issue will be resolved. Saudia is the worst airline. Pathetic. On the day of my travel, I came at the counter and the guy told me that my seat assigned is 36A and my wife’s seat is different. He then changed my seats to 33A which is not at all a extra legroom seats. I asked the person is these seats are extra legroom he said yes and when I came to the aircraft I am sitting in a normal seat. The TCR Shameer Ansari or Sameeri Ansari came and did nothing telling me that he tried his best find a solution. I need someone to contact me ASAP and I need a refund for the entire flight. I don’t need your Al Fursan points they are worthless. Contact me ASAP.
I recently flew with Saudi Arabian Airlines, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout the journey. Check-in was smooth and well-organized, and boarding was efficient and on time. The cabin was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of legroom and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The in-flight service was top-notch — meals were delicious and offered with generous portions, and the crew made sure every passenger was well taken care of. I also appreciated the wide range of entertainment options, including movies, music, and TV shows in multiple languages. The flight was punctual, and the overall experience reflected the airline’s strong commitment to hospitality and passenger satisfaction. Without a doubt, I’d highly recommend Saudia to anyone traveling within the region or internationally. Their service quality easily matches — and often surpasses — many top global airlines. Food is terrible, service is not good. Staff were not personable and rushed food service.
The onboarding was extremely confusing. Had to climb the stairs to plan from tarmac with carryon bags in hand. No apologies for inconvenience. Overall not quite pleasant experience.
Boarding /lounge :Chaotic boarding , business /first class had a dedicated line but it was upto to the passenger to figure out and use those lines .Oasis lounge is clean but tiny so it felt over crowded . Neither the food nor amenities felt business/first class . Cabin and tech : 2-2-2 configuration needs to go . Leg space is cramped , headsets didn’t work . WIFI does exist or didn’t work on the entire 20 hour journey . Food and crew : Preordered “Hindu Non vegetarian” meal , crew was clueless , they didn’t even bother to ask if they weren’t sure what that meant . Served mediocre vegetarian food though menu had chicken /lamb options . In short , worst business class experience of all the airlines I flew to date . Not sure if there is one area they compete in let alone excel … avoid if you can .

Everything was good and no points to complain. Food is always a tricky concept. Sometimes you like it and sometimes you don’t. Food was redundant from Kuwait City to NY-JFK.

I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return flight). They charged so much money but provide very less food/drinks as compared to another airlines. Never ever fly with Indigo.

Flight was delayed 110 mins.. Crew on Ground or in Air had no regrets.. No apologies... Very poor boarding process... Awful food and beverage choice.
Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight
The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.
They denied my meal which was included in ticket and also damaged my bag completely and broke the wheel and still not accepting their fault
As budget airline everything was good. Except that - boarding process can be more organised. Then if entertainment systems are not operational. Its better to keep them switch off.
Flight cancelled after 4+ hour delay. Indigo created a nightmare scenario and showed the most callus attitude towards the passengers I will refer to them was IndiNoGo!
