This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

The service is good and the flights are always in time and well clean. There ia flat seats between Doha to Colombo and from there to Kerala is normal flight but its fine. Business class lounge in Colombo is good with free feet and head massage. When there is a five hour plus transit, free hotel is provided by UL. Overall i like their flights and service and food."

I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

Cons: "They kept moving my seat because families wanted to sit together!!! I ended up sitting on one of those rows where I do not get a personal monitor. And the flight was seven hours long!!! I hated it so much. If flight attendants can be more strict next time when it comes to these families who do not even wanna pay the extra charge to reserve seats, then that would be good."

Pros: "Same lie flat seat which is fine, entertainment is limited to about 15 movies. They run the cabin too warm (had four flights with them this trip all about the same). Good crew, friendly and professional. Food was about same as other Skyteam partners. Biggest issue by far is they serve an extra meal about halfway through the trans-pacific flights that makes it impossible to sleep for the flight. Full lights on, smells, etc.. Also Pudong/Shanghai airport is not well ran these days with poor food choices and no 24 hour food services except vending machines, and no heat in winter. Some gates are about 50-55 degrees F."

Cons: "We missed our connection to LAX and the CE personnel in Shanghai we rude, impatient and not helpful. Based on that I would avoid flying China Eastern again. Also the flight from DEL to PDU was a long flight with no movies. Not competitive."

Pros: "Planes are clean, including restrooms. First flight (Guangzhou - Beijing) was nice new Airbus with entertainment systems in the back of each seat. (Unfortunately they stopped working 3/4 of the way through the flight.)"
Cons: "Guangzhou to Beijing - departed 1 hour late Beijing to Xian - departed 20 minutes late Xian to Guangzhou - departed 1 hour & 10 minutes late. Guangzhou to Beijing - nice plane, entertainment system failed, crew couldn't fix. Crew had very strange rules about "safety", freaked out about my son wearing earbuds during takeoff. Xian to Guangzhou - weak entertainment options, cut off two different movies in the middle."
Cons: "Because of congestion at shanghai the flight from Delhi to Shanghai, the flight was canceled. The handling of the cancellation was terrible on both the Chinese Eastern and Indian airport official's side. Communication was slow and spotty, and this caused much stress and loss of time for the passengers. After repeated calls to the customer service center, it was discovered that China Eastern didn't even know the status of their own flights, as the computer systems didn't reflect the changes. I was passed to different customer service representatives being on hold for over an hour. Finally, It took 7 hrs to go from cancelation until we got to hotel, from 1am until 8am. During this time, passengers were repeatedly corralled in cold location and no refreshments were offered. The following day, the confusion continued as China Eastern and the Indian Air Port Officials passed blame and communication broke down between the passengers. At no point were all the parties concerned briefed on the plan, so people were left wondering and not sleeping during the time at the hotel. Finally a Chinese national called the Chinese embassy of Delhi, and the Chinese government stepped in and got us a flight out. China Eastern's denial of responsibility, lack of internal communication, and lack of Chinese Eastern ground support in Delhi made this flight experience the worst of my life. Some how I would like a full refund for the return portion of the trip."

Cons: "They changed the flight schedule during the last few days. Their phone lines don't work, either they don't pick up or all they speak is Chinese. The airport staff is mind-bogglingly uncooperative. They didn't even offer me a hotel for the 21 hours layover I was forced to endure. No one had proper answers; they were just sending me from one desk to the other till I gave up and slept at the airport itself."
