Despite checking in online and selecting a window seat, I ended up in the middle seat of the middle row with two large neighbours and I had half of each in my seat.

The food was not good

The efficiency and helpfulness of the staff who got us on the next available flight after the one we missed due to the long wait at customs.

My seat..... No row in front of it. Crew were excellent. Friendly and professional Had a TVs show I've been wanting to see, Blackish, which we don't get in the Uk

Choice of films. I've seen a lot of them and the rest were awful Why do flights always serve chocolate biscuits, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake? Strawberries,carrots and humous, grapes, olives, would make a nice alternative for example. Hot food boring, tasteless

Great cabin comfort and entertainment. Very nice place to be.

Cabin crew less warm and professionally nice than Virgin. One point that needs addressing is that when the cabin crew or, even more so, the pilot came on the PA, the sound level was so much louder than that of the entertainment system. You had people jumping out of their seats and it was very uncomfortable.

The food has improved.

Flight turned back after an hour. Held in HK for 24 hours. Dreamliner no big sea change in air transport. Economy still uncomfortable and cramped. Crew give the impression of being bossy and aloof, I saw them making faces behind someone's back. Emirates crew are so much more helpful and pleasant.

The seat in this plane is the narrowest and most uncomfortable I have ever encountered in business.

We arrived in one piece.

I fly a lot and I understand turbulence. This was a very bumpy flight - the worst I have experienced. A reassuring word from the cockpit would have helped the more nervous among the passengers, particularly as the pilot ascended and descended and the FA was catapulted down the aisle. But not a word. Apart from that, it was a short flight, pretzels only and that's OK. No entertainment other than what you bring. The complete lack of knee room in Y was a discomfort.

Foot space obstructed by poorly placed seat fixtures. Entertainments not available until after takeoff. Other airlines have made available for the entirety of the flight. Safety instructions not great, to be honest i do prefer the american airlines overblow saftey films. Control for entertainment placement meant when trying to sleep youd end up turning them on again. Touch screen would have been better. No internet as far as i could tell.

Pleasant crew, quick boarding.

Late departure, late arrival due to a plane at our gate. Very poor quality media systems, cramped, inconsiderate passenger next to me taking up more room than necessary. Cramped.

Even for a 50 minute flight, drinks and sandwich was provided

Crew was very nice and tried to be accommodating.

entertainments had many choices, but, almost all not to my liking. Sound quality was poor. I should know from previous experiences to NOT expect good food. The whole flight was noisy from the equipment not from passengers.

The seat is the smallest business seat I have ever encountered. First and last time I fly the 767 with Delta. Can't believe the designers where so stupid

Food was of a fairly high standard and so too was the entertainment. At least the Captain was honest in that he admitted KLM's baggage loading process was a mess and caused the delay.

A baggage loading problem meant that all baggage needed to be offloaded and then re-loaded......this took 2 hours and then another 20 minute delay due to congestion with air traffic over France! Where were the cabin crew during the delay? They may have not been onboard given their lack of visibility during the delay. The only time they appeared was to distribute a cutlet of water and a packet of dry biscuits. Inflight, apart from the meal service routines, on this 13+ hour flight the crew were notable for not being visible.
