Jeddah counter representative even don't know domestic and international terminal are different location in Ryadh; they even don't know passenger has to collect luggage and go to international terminal for final destination. As per Jeddah airlines counter supervisor, domestic and internation terminals are in same location whereas in reality we need to go with a bus. original flight was 4 hours connecting time but airlines changed to 2 hours. We are lucky that we don't missed our flight because we were 1 minutes late to close check in / collect boarding pass; as per counter representative. one of the biggest issue was as follows: when we went to Jeddah counter, we have requested for both boarding pass (Jeddah to Ryadh to JFK) including baggage to be collected to JFK; unfortunate duty supervisor behavior was unacceptable. He was very rood. He was repeating same word and telling "do you understand english" same word again and again with aggressive mood whereas he is very poor in english."

Bilingualism should be implemented or provided to better assist guests that cannot speak Arabic. The final stretch that tested my patience to the max was the last security check before boarding the plane. We were waiting in line to be cleared for boarding for more than 1.5 hrs! Our flight was delayed, the food was served late, it was over heated...in short, everything went downhill from there. Needless to say, will not be flying Saudi Airlines again! I'd rather deal with layovers than poor customer service."

Cons: "Entertainment on one of our seats was not working as the pin to plug in the Headphone was MISSING on the seat handle. The tray tables were chipped off / taped to put them together and they were still slanting which did not help in keeping anything on the table without it sliding towards you. Crew service was mediocre and not friendly except for a couple of members. We have found better and tastier INDIAN food provided by foreign airlines. They also did not have basics like Club Soda/Ginger Ale/regular Sprite or 7 Up."

The personnel in Kolkata were the worst. We waited 5 hrs in the airport to but still did not get confirmation. It would have been great if AirIndia staff was available on the ground at the gate/terminal to advice people who did not have access to email/text messages. There was not even a single announcement about the flight being late and an ETD. A few announcements would have calmed a lot of passengers."

My worst experience on any international carrier to date. On my earlier flight from JKF to DEL on 2/25/17, the experience and frustration was the same - the same assessment."

Once the passenger reaches the mediocre hotel, which has already a deal with some person from Airlines, they basically are providing business to such hotels. All this show is put up at the expense of Travellers' time, money and energy. Never gonna travel with this airlines again. About 10 of us on the same day missed the connecting flight to British Airways BA138 because of 1.45 delay from Air India flight AI 51. We suggest British Airways not to show up this shitty airline along with their flights in the iternary."
