Pros: "Flight was delayed 2.5hr and all they did was give meal vouchers for $10 CAD while we were shut in the airport since it closed around us."

Cons: "Our flight got cancelled in toronto Lester B Pearson Airport due to a snow storm and we were stuck in the airport for almost 24 hours and we werent even offered a hotel for the night. So we decided to book a hotel for the night through Kayak and paid over $200. Went to the hotel and were told there were no more rooms available until the next day. We called kayak customer support and they wouldn't refund our money!! Horrible experience never again! Never flying Air Canada again !!"

Cons: "Crew where a bit slow... and the use of 4! Languages for announcement was annoying..."

Pros: "The in-flight entertainment system in the headrest was very robust. My children remained engaged for almost the entire 16hr flight...the flight attendants were not stingy with the food or drink and even allowed me to get a beverage in-between the services to take my medicine."
Cons: "The baggage pickup in Beijing took forever! Over an hour after arriving at the baggage carrosel! My car seats were in two different places (on the belt and in an oversize area). On a minor note, I was unable to get a stamp in my passport after using the automated machine...sad...I would have stood in the line to get the stamp if I was told ahead of time..."

Cons: "Staff did not come often enough with water. Not as many snacks as I have gotten on Korean Airlines and Japan Airlines. Definitely better than American Airlines or United Airlines flights which are the worse example of how to provide excellent food and service. Short time allowance for flights connections since most flights from Chicago start off late. Look to carriers such as Luftansa, Jordan Air, Turkish Air as the right way to do things."

Pros: "Overall I enjoyed the movies provided. In the three week span I had a lot of the movie choices overlapped. However, I found that there were many options provided that allowed me to find movies I had not seen yet even though they were not released within the past 3-5 years."
Cons: "I felt like I was constantly being bumped sitting in the aisle seat. I also was not a fan of the breakfast options."

Cons: "Very crowded plane with very little legroom (and I am 1.65m). The food could be improved. Entertainment was decent, but the design of the controls embedded in the armrest caused my neighbor to disrupt my programming often. It was inadvertent, but still annoying."

Cons: "I've never been on a transatlantic flight that didn't offer a drink with dinner. Plus, not having a TV screen for passenger's entertainment is out dated. Time to upgrade these planes, or don't use them for long haul flights"

Pros: "The flight was pretty good. The flight attendants were very nice. The seats are pretty roomy and Im about 6'3. The seat backs have a nice screen and a usb port as well as a standard electrical plug."
Cons: "Checking in was terrible there and back. On the way to vancouver we showed up 2 hours early but the computers went out about 20 minutes after we arrived and stayed off till after our flight. No apologies, no responsibilities taken. That day was part of our small vacation. We got put on standby for the next flight 7 hours later. My family layed around the terminal without 100% surety that we'd get the next flight. We did but they split us up. I switched seats with someone and we all sat in the very rear seat of the plane, which was hard on my long legs and just added to a terrible experience. Ruined a whole day of vacation. Coming back the check in was just rudeness. A stark difference from the flight itself."

Cons: "The flight was delayed. Air Canada didn't provide hotel accommodation for missing connection. Only reimburse C$100 for hotel stay. The cheapest hotel found near the airport cost C$185. Only gave us C$10 per person for meal. We'll never fly Air Canada again."

Pros: "We boarded very quickly! The staff were extremely friendly and made our thirteen hour ride pleasurable. The inflight entertainment had a great deal of new shows and movies. The seats had a decent size and good enough leg room. The flight was smooth, and we took off at a good time. The food was fairly good as well!"

Cons: "One the first part of my journey, our Air Canada flight was running over an hour late, which caused us to miss our connection in Zurich by about 3 minutes. The gate agents weren't all that helpful, and then the re-bookng desk in Zurich (not Air Canada's fault) was horrifyingly bad. We ended up missing a whole day in Barcelona. Then, the flight back from Barcelona to Toronto was also late, causing us to again miss our flight home to Houston. Again, the gate agents were completely confusing, leading us to initially believe we could make our flight, so we ran with suitcases only to learn that we hand't made it and that we might not even get out that night (we ultimately did). Our final flight was also late."

Pros: "The Flight attendants were polite, efficient, and took care of business. The plane was nice, reasonably clean, and we were kept well informed."
Cons: "The In flight entertainment system had an extremely poor music selection. There were only one to three albums per genre, none of which I had heard of before. Music doesn't take up a lot of data, and there are tons of independent artists who would be willing to put their music up for little to no royalty payment. This is an easy fix. 2/3 of my bags were left in Toronto."

Pros: "It got me from point A to point B, without turbulence and much hassle."
Cons: "- Interior of Airplane was filthy. Walls blackened, greasy. Didnt want to touch anything, Bathroom was dirty. -One of the attendants was patronizing if not rude to guests. Sort of had bad attitude. I was spared any trouble however. -Food felt like jail food. Just the cheapest goop ever. -I understand it was a full flight with lots of Brazilians, so they didnt put much effort into it, but still, the least they should do is change their catering company."

I was offered a credit with my boarding pass, but couldn't use it to buy a beer (which I think I was entitled to after learning about the delay) or anything from the convenience store. So basically my scheduled arrival time of 4pm ended up being 2am. Good thing I got to use my non-refundable hotel for a whopping 3 hours... After being told that this is apparently the normal experience for Air Canada, I don't see myself booking again anytime soon."

Cons: "I needed assistance as I have a broken ankle. Waited, waited and waited some more for assistance. Handed off 5 times until I got to the gate. Given a seat first in the exit row and naturally had to have that changed as I could not assist others. Placed even further back in the plane. It took the full three hours plus since deplaning the Austrian Air flight to get to the Air Canada gate."

Pros: "Crew were friendly, the passengers all in a happy mood and we made it from Fort Myers to Toronto without incident. All in all a good flight."

Cons: "Same as above! I don't even went to Toronto!"

Pros: "nothing, flight network lied and sent me a fake ticket. horrible customer service. they should be banned. Cheapoair is what i went with."
