Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

I had already opted for Vegan food before 2 months yet they say we have no record for it,

I didn't understand why I got dropped off at departures on exiting the plane at Doha aiport. I had to find my own way to immigration/baggage reclaim which wasn't easy as staff in the departure section just tell you ti scan your boarding pass. This was very poor b qatar Airways. I spent 2 hours soyung this out and once I got to get my suitcase it was delayed. So instead of getting to the hotel at about midnight I got there at three in the morning. I wonder why I upgraded to business?

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

Food and Service inside the flight. Airport service from Qatar is not good mainly because of lack of coordination and not used of seeing so many ppl commuting

Very very poor service. Authorities must take action against this airline immediately. Total failure to follow the rules and regulations of an international airline

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

There was a Turkish Airlines employee sitting in front of us, we noticed from her conversations we witnessed with the cabin crew and the fact that she boarded business class. She was sat in 16A. Firstly she was talking loudly the majority of the flight with two other men, one of which was leaning over the seat in front of her. This was disturbing as they were talking loudly and we were not able to sleep. The 12 hour long flight turned into a nightmare, even the noise cancellation didn’t work for their chatter. Secondly she requested extra meals from the crew for her male friends. We believe the meals came from business class. They also took their e-cigarettes out and were caught the cabin crew, but no further action was taken. Sitting in economy and seeing this is extremely disheartening. Next time I will book Emirites, I don’t think their staff would be allowed to behave like this.

I paid for reserved seats but didn't got them at all

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Process for on line checking needs a lot of improvement. Very frustrating.

All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

My flight was cancelled and I went through hell to get it fixed, with no help from the website I booked it on. My reservation was cancelled AGAIN by the site I booked on without my knowledge a week later. The flight itself that I finally got on was awful. Drunk man belligerent the entire flight, I don't understand how he was allowed on the flight.

Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!
