Cons: "I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly."

Cons: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

Pros: "Boarding in St Thomas is always a mess, no matter what airline you fly. I usually fly Delta because the planes are clean and the people are nice. Well this time the staff went well above and beyond. My friend and I were sitting in the front row of seats in the lounge at the airport, facing the Delta gates. There was a mob of people milling about between us and the gate, so we could not see very well, but we thought we had a clear view of the door. Also it was very loud in the terminal. The flight had a delay, so we were relaxing and chatting, when I got a text from my mom asking if I was on the plane. So I went to the counter to inquire if they had started boarding our flight. The lady looked at me with surprise and said, "We have been paging you!!". Well we were both surprised! We had not heard anything over the general din in the airport. It turns out they had completed boarding and already rolled the stairs away from the plane! The ground staff talked to the captain and then they rolled up a set of stairs, opened the door to the plane, and let us on! The flight attendants said that they had never seen that happen before. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the crew at Delta for going the extra mile to make sure we made it on our flight."

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Jeddah counter representative even don't know domestic and international terminal are different location in Ryadh; they even don't know passenger has to collect luggage and go to international terminal for final destination. As per Jeddah airlines counter supervisor, domestic and internation terminals are in same location whereas in reality we need to go with a bus. original flight was 4 hours connecting time but airlines changed to 2 hours. We are lucky that we don't missed our flight because we were 1 minutes late to close check in / collect boarding pass; as per counter representative. one of the biggest issue was as follows: when we went to Jeddah counter, we have requested for both boarding pass (Jeddah to Ryadh to JFK) including baggage to be collected to JFK; unfortunate duty supervisor behavior was unacceptable. He was very rood. He was repeating same word and telling "do you understand english" same word again and again with aggressive mood whereas he is very poor in english."

Our flight was delayed, the food was served late, it was over heated...in short, everything went downhill from there. Needless to say, will not be flying Saudi Airlines again! They also did not have basics like Club Soda/Ginger Ale/regular Sprite or 7 Up."

Cons: "The luggage check in process was a mess. We were directed to a particular line to complete the check in. As we were standing in the line, 4 out 6 agents closed down and went elsewhere, leaving everyone in the line to check in with remaining 2 agents there. An old couple were there as well, who moved from one counter to the next, to the next, and they were then told to come back in the line! Two of us were traveling together, and presented our tickets together, but we were given seats far away. I requested them for adjacent seats and they said that none were available. I insisted and stayed at the counter, and immediately, the agent found 2 adjacent seats, going on to show that she did not even look for it the first time. The seats have poor cushion. I needed to use multiple pillows to provide cushion for sitting and for back support. The food was average. For some reason, they make the curry extremely spicy, as a result of which many of the passengers find it difficult to eat. The inconsistency of the entertainment unit in AI flights is well known. In many flights, in many rows, it does not work, immaterial of the number of times they reset it. Fortunately for us, this time, the unit was working fine in both our seats. That was not the case during our to-journey."

My worst experience on any international carrier to date. On my earlier flight from JKF to DEL on 2/25/17, the experience and frustration was the same - the same assessment."

Also, know that if you're flying into Delhi on a domestic flight, you'll go to the international terminal and therefore have to go through immigration, albeit a special domestic desk at the end, which isn't as long. (not that anyone will tell you that)"
