Pros: the flight was pleasant and the airport terminal was empty. Pure joy.

Cons: The plane was very old with no padding in the seats. You could feel the back of the seat grinding into your back. Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better.

Cons: Very bad service with fly Dubai. No disclosure at time of booking that had to pay extra for in flight entertainment & meals. Staff did not provide blankets when asked. Very disappointed with Emirates. If you take responsibility for overall booking you should ensure the service is extended. Would not book Emirates again if this is what they offer.

Cons: My first flight arrived 30 min late which meant that my 50-minute layover was tight. But instead of holding the next plane for us, they forced us to re-book on a flight leaving 14 hours later! I was not ok with this so I pushed the issue and they put me on the flight leaving 6hrs later. :-(((((

Pros: We had a ridiculously tight transit, arriving in Addis Ababa 20 minutes before our Madrid flight was meant to depart, and I was amazed by the outstanding support and assistance provided by the ground staff. Every single person who was meant to make the connecting flight did—and our luggage did too!

Pros: The flight was four hours delayed in Djibouti and there was absolutely zero, NO communication, whatsoever, provided by the Djibouti Ethiopian Airlines staff what was going on, how long the flight was going to be delayed, or if it was actually complete canceled for that evening.

Cons: Flight ET365 was scheduled to leave Djibouti at 19:00 but did not leave until 23:30, without any screen information or by the Ethiopian Airlines staff at JIB airport how long the delay would be or if the flight was completely cancelled. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant handling of the situation
