Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

their gluten free lactose meal is the best, I have never been satisfied with my flight meals. I definitely enjoyed my flight and the chair is very spacious for economy. I'm so glad Delta is my flight way back to NY.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

So far so good. I missed my flight because of the Lufthansa diversion. United helped me to figure out how to get accommodations from Lufthansa for my long layover. They help me book appropriate onward flight.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.

Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.

The premium economy seat is one of the most comfortable that I experience. The food is also better than the ones you get in Economy, though the boarding was a missed opportunity, no priority observed, a complete mess.

Terrible. After landing I got info that my next day trip to Toulouse was cancelled. Lufthansa offered me an alternative route via Lyon and lisboa, so I'd end up in Toulouse at midnight, missing all my trains and unable to book a car to reach my town on the morning, where I am expected to turn up to work. I tried to reschedule my flight by talking to an agent. Was waiting in the web chat queue 2 hours (there was 200 people before me), and when I finally got an agent he has decided to end up our chat just after I explained him the situation. Not sure if it was technical glitch or blatant act of disrespect. Either way I had to buy myself a ticket from easy jet from Lyon to Toulouse, so I'll be there at midday. I do not understand why Lufthansa did not rebooked me to that flight in the first place, deciding that is is a better idea for me to waste 12 hours more for multiple flights. Extremely annoying and disrespectful

The flight was delayed numerous times with inconsistent updates and very ambiguous information. When it was finally cancelled the logistics of handing out vouchers and rebooking was extremely chaotic. Meal vouchers were completely inadequate for the airport restaurants, and not even accepted at some. All-in-all, it was a very disappointing experience.

The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!

Some of the crew weren't really nice. The seats were uncomfortable. Absolutely no entertainment system at all. The pilot was good though and completed the trip in a shorter time than expected which was great for me.

The crew were competent and all seemed to enjoy their job and the only shiny part of the trip. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and the video machines very hard to work and had dated offerings. The air conditioning was like a refrigerator even with 4 blankets. The food was propbably the worst airline food I have had in years.

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international

If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.

Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.

This was a smartwings operated flight. Flydubai is no longer value for money. Their prices are as high as emirates whereas delays, services and overall quality is as low as any other low cost carrier.

The only highlight on this flight was the taste of the food, which was surprisingly good. Everything else was below average, and the cabin crew service especially stood out for being slow and inattentive. We were surrounded by toddlers/babies and it made our 4 hour flight feel like 10 hours. Granted, that's not the airline's fault, but it added to the overall subpar experience.

Second-row economy doesn't have leg space if you are 6 feet

Boarding was almost an hour late but there was no communication. Cabin crew did nothing to ensure people kept masks on and even with seat belt sign on people were wondering around the plane.

Take too much time to get cpnnection flight. Did not get enough time toget refresh even for going rest room it is not enough time. For wheelchaor person like me face too much trouble. Idont wish to go next time in emirat and fly dubai. Not sugest any senior citizon to fly with this.
