Great flight- smooth, nice crew, nice clean aircraft, departed a little late but arrived 10 early.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

Had a nice flight to London on BA will fly with them again in the future

Finnair cancelled my flight 12 hours prior to leaving for Helsinki. They stated there were mechanical problems. I had to scurry around to find a new flight that would meet my needs for arrival in Helsinki. Luckily I was able to find alternate transportation through Lufthansa/United.

I’m very disappointed, to fly into an airplane for 10 straight hours, and not having a TV even though when I put the ticket I was told that I will have entertainment for the TV. Very disappointed.

Helpful steward. Allowed me to move to some empty seats and I was able to get some sleep. He also had milk for my tea. Americans don’t realise that cream or half and half ruin tea.

Security was a mess at the Helsinki Airport. But I was delighted by the connecting flight waiting for us for JFK.

Don't be afraid if you board an Oman Air Airbus A330 - it will take you to Colombo and not Muskat. The Aircraft is leased by Qatar Airways ;-)

No towels or tissue and chocolate and mint provided before arrival

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.

Boarding procedures are very tiring. We have to clear security twice for our connecting flights from Doha. Also every time we board flights we have to show boarding passes 5-6 times.

I had never seen any cabin crews behaving like that. They are not at all professionally fit for this job

All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

Horrible trip. Plane was late , so late . the flight conditions were very uncomfortable.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

I didn't understand why I couldn't do a check-in at home

The smoothest boarding, courteous and experienced attendants, comfort and food/drinks I have ever experienced flying Economy on any airline! It made a 12 hour flight no burden at all - Thankyou Lufthansa!

The flight and crew was above average. However, there was a two hour delay.

We left an hour late. The plane was not throughly cleaned. A gentleman sitting next to me has not showered in a month so I was nauseous. My seat has not reclined back because crew member put her luggage and boxes behind my seat.

Our flight from Frankfurt to Newark was diverted to Boston. Lufthansa just dumped an entire 747 plane full of passengers in Boston with no support. No help with hotels, and telling us we would have to find our own way back to Newark or to our final destination. What a complete mess. The Lufthansa agent at the Boston airport would not help, nor would any Lufthansa agent via phone. Soooo angry!!!

bad seats, meager food quantity. bread not fresh. Hollywood films lack entertainment.

1. Food provided was not per the selection. 2. Very old and outdated media infotainment and not much language oriented films 3. Better provide with a proper headset rather cheap in ear headphones.

"I am aware that there was a strike at Munich airport, which led to the cancellation of my flight. Additionally, I had insurance for the flight. Lufthansa informed me about the cancellation approximately 2.5 hours before the scheduled flight while I was en route to Rzeszow airport. They offered me accommodation in a hotel for the night and arranged two connecting flights for the next morning, instead of my originally booked single connecting flight. Consequently, I arrived a day later, causing me to miss a day of work and some important meetings. I hope you can assist me in obtaining a refund for this inconvenience."

Very poor. Lost my luggage. Luggage never came in New Delhi from Munich and I created a lost luggage report with Lufthansa. Still waiting for luggage. Overall poor experience.

Good boarding experience, staff was very friendly. No entertainment was provided and vegan/veg food items did not taste good.

I would have preferred something lighter for the second meal. Maybe a small sandwich .

The flight was delayed as they were waiting on catering. Catering. Was eventually delivered but they still had no food. No meals for us in business class - just a bag of nuts.

I really did not like being ordered to pull my shade down by the attendants. One of them was very rude to me about it, standing there until I closed it like I was a child brusquely reaching across me to close an adjoining one. They claim it was so people who wanted to could sleep. It’s a 10:30am flight not a red eye. Closing your shade or leaving it up for natural light should be a choice. Ruined my flight!

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

Leg room was better than expected. Lavatory’s were easy to access.crew was grea!

Check in process was unfamiliar. While receiving assistance the employees supervisor berated him for not walking the area. Lucky for us, he ignored her and helped us check in. Did not know about the baggage fees with economy basic and spent 450 GBP (nearly$600) just on bags for a total of less than 2 hours flying time (50 minutes one way) on a round trip lasting less than 3 days. Astronomically high price for bags. Our first experience flying British Airways and very disappointed. Completely overpriced for the service we received.

I asleep by the gate and actually didn't get to the airplane.

We have business class seats from Los Angeles to London. The crew is friendly and provided great service. The flight was very comfortable and very smooth. Will use this airlines again in the future.

When bussing people to/from the gate, don't pack everyone in like a can of sardines and don't send the bus on its way if the plane isn't ready. Waited for about 40 minutes packed in this bus...both ways!
