Cons: Delayed without explaining?

Pros: Flight was below average. Ppl lane was very old and dated. No charging station. Mini.al space to maneuver. Chair was easily jostled by neighbors

Cons: Tight spaces in seating area. No room to maneuver.

Pros: Very good, professional and kind crew. The airline did not submit my request for vegetarian food but one of the crew went out of her way to create an "a la carte" dinner from the first class food.

Cons: The plane does not have a gate at the Tom Bradley terminal and we had to be bused in. That was too much delay. On top of that, the airline lost one of our luggage. Thank god for insurance!

Cons: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.

Cons: Flight attendants disappeared after serving dinner. They didn't come around once between dinner and breakfast. This was the worst LH crew ever.

Cons: At the boarding gate they were cherry picking whose bag is too large and whose isn't. My bag was tagged for nothing, no one at the aircraft was to load them to baggage hold. Plenty of space on the plane. What is the point of the fuss.

Pros: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Cons: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Pros: More space in business class (777-300) than many other airlines.

Cons: Entertainment very limited. No adjustable air vents in this aircraft
