Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class
Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.
The flight itself was pleasant and on time. Crew was very good. However, breakfast food was barely acceptable. Unfortunately this satisfies the recent industry standards. I asked for a sandwich with ham (another choice was cheese), but received a sandwich with roast beef.

Agents helping disable person doesnt know connections to Poland and after 9 agents helping and 2hours ,we made it to proper terminal. Polish Dreamliner its Polish nightmare liner with so narrow seats and no room under front seat for bag and feet,in economy class.To upgrade, to higher standart cost an arm and leg ,even there are empty seats No good experience overall
The crew and flight were amazing . However , my bag’s locker got broken and no refund provided . Everything else was amazing except this bad incident that ruined my experience

The new flight had a 15-hour layover in SHJ and arrived in TBS 1 day later than my original plan. I needed to adjust my plan urgently and lost the cost of one hotel night because the free cancellation period was over.

The seats were uncomfortable. The service was poor. We bought internet for my family and myself and it didn’t work. The charger for our phone didn’t work. The service seemed like they were tired and exhausted and seemed a bit upset. It was not a good flight. Our flight from miami to Qatar was great but from Qatar to Tokyo was simply awful

They didn't board by zones and it was a free for all. The 16 hour flight was the most excruciating experience of my life and the seats were TINY... with no leg space and my feet were swollen immediately. The food was so bad it was inedible.
Qatar Airways did a very good job. Flights were slightly delayed with boarding but pilots made up time by arrival. The food was OK, no better or worse than other airlines. Although it would be nice to have three meals during 16 hours flight instead of two.
The space was tight, hardly any leg room and the crew surprisingly were busy and did not take the time to attend to passengers, felt rushed. There was a delay for check in since the systems were down the airport staffs were accommodating
I recently travelled with Qatar Airways from Doha to Dulles in the QSuite, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The QSuite truly feels like a First-Class experience, with its luxurious design, privacy, and comfort. The cabin crew, especially the lady in charge of the cabin, was remarkable—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent, and the comfort of the seat was absolutely first-class, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. While the in-flight experience was outstanding, I have a few points of feedback. Firstly, the content available in the in-flight entertainment system could be expanded and upgraded to include a more diverse and updated collection. This would elevate the entertainment experience to match the premium standards of the QSuite. Secondly, regarding the Wi-Fi service: while QSuite passengers receive one hour of complimentary Wi-Fi, any additional usage requires a fee of USD 10. Considering the premium pricing of QSuite, it would be more fitting to include unlimited Wi-Fi as part of the experience, further enhancing the luxury offered to passengers. Lastly, I must highlight an issue with luggage handling. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it through the transit, which was disappointing. While the ground crew assured me that it would be delivered to my home on the same day as it was arriving on the next flight, this promise was not fulfilled, and the delay added unnecessary inconvenience to an otherwise excellent experience. Did not provided with option for class upgrade. Staff at gate was not able and willing to accommodate with class upgrade, eather with plenty empty spots in business and first class.
I am a larger than average person and in my opinion i don't think it's fair to allocate a window seat to anyone who is my size or larger, i was seated between 2 large passengers on a full aircraft. The guy in the window seat also occupied a portion of the middle seat (my seat) which made my experience of flying with etihad very cramped and uncomfortable, i was flying from Abu Dhabi to Bangkok. Had this been a airbus 380 it would have been better as the seats are larger but unfortunately it wasn't so i had to endure the 6+hrs unable to get any rest
i was not allowed to use lounge, although i had business class ticket, and nobody told me my ticket was not eligible to use lounge
The check-in has been the very best so far I didn't get to use my priority access which made me feel like a paid a higher price with no benefit for that I loved the food Very tasty and hot The staff friendliness, empathy could be better as it was not linear amongst the whole crew Otherwise, no complaints. After paying for my seats, I was cramped, had no overhead bin space, freezing as the flight had no temperature controls, the food was awful and served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and then never received any. I booked this flight as a partner through American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

Pathetic - boarded us on buses for transport to the plane then had us wait for over half an hour before we could board...because they needed time to clean the plane; something they knew before we got on the bus. Further, by the time we could board, there were 3 buses full of people waiting so boarding was a crowded mess.

This experience was a complete disaster. At first the flight was delayed. No reason given why the flight was delayed. Once transported to the plane (by bus) and waiting on the tarmac, the flight was canceled. The next flight was 6 hours later and that flight was also delayed. Horrible experience and lack of communication from the airline.

The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.
Entertainment system is old, touch screen isn’t working properly. New movies should be added atleast once a month Should provide toothbrush and toothpaste at least when asked.
