Excellent service. The crew goes above their way to make the customer comfortable.

It was good. The seats in economy weren’t bad

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.

Very good. Comfortable and I felt well taken care of from start to finish

Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.

The service was fabulous and the food was excellent. My luggage was left in Frankfurt due to late arrival but it is supposed to arriving on tonight’s flight.

This flight was on time but since I missed the connecting flight I didn’t get my seat upgraded I paid for

Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.

Boarding was by group and we had to take the bus. There were no elevators so had to walk down the stairs. It would help to have escalators or elevators. Note I had a special needs child and the gate crew was rushing us in. The bus was full but we were packed with no seats to sit.
