Pros: It was a typical economy flight.
Cons: Entertainment choices were limited and the system difficult to use. The food was pretty awful, even for an economy flight.
Pros: Day before departure I booked my seat through jet airways webcheck in & when I enter to the flight the changed my seat & when I spoke to the crew members they said we can’t do anything so my experience was very bad even though seats were so congested I was very uncomfortable through out the whole journey
Cons: Very old and dirty Plane. Business class seats are in bad shape and broken.
Cons: Creemw fighting with the passengers. Flight getting delayed by an hour

Cons: Leg room was poor. All the aisle and window seats were being sold at extra rates. Entertainment system was pre-historic with very limited choices. Food was bland and nothing appealing. The staff, for most part was invisible. They appeared during the serving of the meals and then vanished.

Cons: I booked tickets via Delta, operated by KLM. They lost both of my check in bags in September, and it happened again today for the same scheduled flights. Had 4 hours of layover and KLM still wasn’t able to manage it.
Pros: Once aboard the plane, all went well and I experienced excellent service from the cabin attendants.
Cons: The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!
