Extremely low quality food. Ordered muslim meals but got vegetarian meals instead. Muslims are not vegetarian, they love meat as much as any other non-vegetarian person, so make a decent effort to get halal meals. Regardless, the vegan sandwich was absolutely tasteless. I am pretty sure the company making that sandwich does not even do a taste test itself

Arriving at Heathrow was a complete disaster because air bridge broke down and it took ages to find spare stairs! Something that I'd kick Heathrow in the shins for, not Finnair - who were great.

Not great. Flight attendants were aloof, food was mediocre, seats that I paid $150 were given to someone else without any concession. I will probably never use kayak again. Terrible experience from start to finish.

The wine was low quality Finnair label stuff in small bottles and only one small bottle each. Embarassinng. A competing airline served me two generous glasses of a nice South African Shiraz from regular wine bottles, a Beck's beer, and a generous Dewar's White Label on the rocks. Cabin service was good and polite, plane interior was beautiful, but cramped.

All good- I love BA and the professionalism of the crew and pilots.

It was listed on my ticket as Finnair but there was no indication that the flight was Finnair. In fact the number was even different. There were no employees there until exactly 2 hours before so we had to wait in line at Iberia and hope

The flight was Finnair but there was no indications anywhere that the checkin was for Finnair also. There was no one to ask. I think at a minimum they should list the code shares so people don’t stand in the wrong line for an hour.

I booked the flight with Finnair, which made the arrangements for downloading a boarding pass unnecessarily complicated. I wouldn't do that again. Instead I'd book direct with AA.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.

The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.

Garbage airline at a premium price. Both ways was unable to purchase seats before checking. Called, messaged on Facebook, and emailed. All three times staff said I could, and gave me form responses on how to, despite providing screenshots/explaining beforehand showing I couldn't. At check-in both times they sat me and my wife separately, despite booking together. Both legs the USB port in my entertainment system was broken. Food is atrocious. Seats are old and uncomfortable, and struggle to adjust. Toilets were like portapotties at a concert.

Would have liked to have Wi-Fi on the longer flight (nyc-Warsaw)

The customer service and the flight experience were very good!

My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.

The boarding was delayed several times. The take off was two hours late.

The plane was very comfortable, the seats were great for overnight flight. The bathrooms were spotless the entire flight

I didn’t use Entertainment so, no comments on it. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. Wines (I also tried Polish White wine) were really good, so also the food. The accessories provided were good (a goodnight chocolate would have enriched the experience 😀) Originally flight reached before time but we didn’t understand why it was sidelined for almost half an hour and also, luggage was delivered quite late (20-25 minutes) and that too after changing belt! That need not be LOT’s fault! Overall, I would certainly like to travel again with LOT, worth recommending!

On this route the plane was also late and I almost missed a connecting flight to Tashkent. Moreover, my bag did not arrive with the same plane and only on the next flight from Istanbul. I was supposed to travel further from Tashkent to Astana and Saudi Arabia and if I didn't collect my bag in Tashkent I would have missed the next flights because I couldn't travel without my bag and all valuables inside it.

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

Food was bad crew a bit nicer than other flights seats uncomfortable too

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

The seat did not recline and we called the stewardess, he forced it to recline, but when we landed, it did not come forward because the seat was broken. The stewardess came, He tried to do it but couldn't do it, the flight commander came and spoke to us in a bad tone, telling us to get out of here, she waited at the head and acted as if there was a child and we couldn't get up, it was very shameful, I don't even know if it's true, but she said if you don't get up, the plane will not land and will keep turning around. Then a passenger pushed the seat from behind and it worked. Then we wanted to talk to the supervisor again, but she did not come next to us. We fly so much and this is the first time we encountered such a style.

Horrible. Boarding was terrible. For a huge airplane, we needed to be transported to the plane. The boarding area was overcrowded and frantic. .The seats were so uncomfortable. The food was fine.

Only chicken as a meat dish through out the flight

Food was good, flight is old, no leg room and restrooms are downstairs not easy for elderly people

Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.

The crew was amazing! Despite the delay in Frankfurt and a somewhat chaotic and stressful boarding process, the crew was cheerful, helpful, professional and kind, particularly to a woman next to me traveling with a small child. Please share my appreciation. In addition, the food was excellent and especially appreciated the civilized use of ceramic dishes and real silverware.

The flight was canceled and the airline didn't even bother to notify passengers. It was Kayak that did a great job.

Plane was delayed for over 1 hour causing us to miss a connecting flight in Munich. We spent 10 hours waiting for the alternate flight which was delayed about 45 minutes. We had a service attendant who was very helpful with our missed flight. Later in the evening when consulting service attendant, he basically said, the plane will show when it shows!

Airport facilities poor. Misleading information about the airport where boarding was to take place.

Charging for reserving a seat is really cheap. The seats in economy are very small especially when the passenger directly in front reclines their seat. On long flights they should have coffee/tea and juices available for passengers. Here we have to bother the crew. Other airlines just put drinks and snacks in the back for the passengers.

Flight got struck in gate for 45 mins for no reason. Flight got delayed reaching Mumbai causing lot of discomfort

It took an hour and a half for luggage to be dlivered in London

The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.

Usual friendly BA crew who were helpful and so kind to the kids. New business class cabin combined with 787 makes for a really enjoyable experience.

Chicago to London flight was delayed an hour . Boarding process was slow . I missed my connection to New Delhi and My connection from New Delhi to Ranchi. Now come the really outrageous part! There was a flight from London to Bangalore that would have allowed me to reach Ranchi on time. I was about to but ticket from Bangalore to Ranchi when BA agent came back after talking to someone in back office and informed me that she cannot rebook me to London Bangalore flight as Bangalore was TOO FAR fro. Delhi. I waited 8 hr in London airport. I was flying business. Hope this review helps the airline. I was not asking for any money back for my missed flight. Anand Mohan

Our trip home was uneventful, but BA misplaced/failed to deliver many bags, and one of those was ours. The other bag arrived without incident. Instead of putting the delayed bag on the next flight, BA waited for the second flight (24 hours later than our flight) and later cancelled it, so the bag remained at Heathrow. They again put it on the second flight the next day, so it arrived at our airport at 8:30pm, and they did nothing with it until the next day, arranging for it to be delivered the following day. So we arrived on a Wednesday, it's now Saturday, and they might deliver it on Sunday, but they said it could take 48 hours once the bag's picked up at the airport. BA obviously puts their customers first, delivering bags "within about a week" of travel. Nice job, BA!!

The flight was delayed and that made me miss my connecting flight - very upset and angry!!!

They denied boarding to us due to oversold flight and put us on a different flight home 10 hours later… absolutely unacceptable.

My bag is still in Munich. There was no communication and then a long line at customer service. I waited for my bag, missing all my trains and had to take a £130 taxi to get home by 2 am.

Ran out of food. Special ordered a kids meal too. Didn’t have that either which doesn’t work on a 9.5 hour flight. Only had vegetarian meals left which was tomato sauce on bread. Ran out of all soda half way through the flight. No baggage space for our carry ons. Inattentive flight attendants. My family of 4 was trapped, uncomfortable and ravenous on a 9.5 hour flight.
