Cons: "Low cost airline so they charge you for everything. I had to pay $159 to check a bag for a 1.5 hour flight. That nearly doubled the cost of the original ticket. By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

I felt that when the flight crew saw this they could have made everyone much more comfortable by switching people to two people per row thus giving them more room especially on such a long flight."

It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."

Cons: "Flight was delayed out of St. Louis causing several of us to miss our connecting flight from Salt Lake City to Portland. Delta was of very little help in assisting us in making a connecting flight. They could have at least helped with travel arrangements and provided us with a little food, a pillow and a blanket as we waited in their terminal for the next flight on their airline which was a several hour wait. I understand these things happen but the passengers didn't cause the problem and Delta needs to take care of people better if they expect to earn repeat business."

Cons: "We lost our whole vacation and had to pay for the plans fare twice because My last name was spelled wrong on our tickets and we were unable to use them because my passport didn’t match the name on the ticket. We had to rebook everything pay almost twice as much for the plane fare, our Lodi g cost more and our trip was delayed for two weeks. Vyama is blaming us for spelling our name wrong and claimes that it’s our fault this happened because everything is automated. There saying they don’t touch anything that we enter into the booking but somehow everything they claim we entered is now in all capital letters and the space between our first name and middle name is now gone and all run together. The coustomer service number gets you to someone in India. I have tried to get this addressed four times now at first they tried to place the responsibility on the airlines now us and they have hung up on me twice. Kayak has been worthless, they also just pass the responsibility on to someone else. We will never use them again ant I intend to make sure that this mess is put out in social media to hopefully keep others from having their travel plans ruined by their flawed system."

Pros: "Had to cross terminals and the pathway was closed due to an international flight landing (poor planning on LAX part) so had to exit and reenter terminal through TSA. Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time."

Cons: "They changed my flight to a different one departing 2 hours earlier and did not notify me! The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Even the pilot was very ethusiastic over the intercom before the flight. He made jokes and everyone laughed. In fact, it was the most I've ever heard from a pilot on any flight in my life. I would rate this the best flight I've ever had. Thanks, Delta!"

No airflow on such a small plane made it a very uncomfortable flight. Stewardess was impossible to understand and could barely make it through the required announcements. What words you could make out, she could barely pronounce them. Stewardess also served many people incorrectly."

Cons: "I waited almost 6 hours on the phone the night before the flight to get on standby! Almost didn't get the flight! Was charged $50 only to not get on my next flight because it was over booked! Flight attendant was very rude!"

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

They automatically rescheduled the flight only giving us 25 minutes to reach our next flight...impossible. so, after calling, we were re-booked again and forced into a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam. Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."

What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Cons: "We were involuntarily downgraded from Business to economy for our 9 hour flight from London to Mumbai. Outside our party of 3 there was also another party of 3 in the same boat as us. It seems like British Airways is too aggressive with overbooking the higher end sections of the flight, which seem much less likely to have people 'no-show' (either because it's for work or because they've spent so much for the tickets)."

Cons: "It is difficult to get in and out of chair. I wish the chair handle would be moved up . Every time I needed to go to bathroom , I hurt myself."

Cons: "I booked via Lastminute.com and I was unable to check in online due to a system error. I called BA who said this is a fairly common issue with booking with some travel providers for BA flights. As a result I was only able to check in at the airport (which was 19 hours after I planned to check in online) and hence got a mediocre seat. This issue should be resolved, especially between such an established airline and such an established travel website. The entertainment is poor. The music available only caters for certain tastes (either it is ultra modern or classical) and the selection is markedly inferior to that of other airlines. The film selection is very limited."

Pros: "A few of us were held up on the tram. The doors were shut And they held the plane and accommodated us. For that I give 10 stars. I will always try to book British Air first"

Cons: "My wife didn't able to travel. She is on h4 visa and when we tried to checkin at airport staff said she can't travel because she doesn't have valod visa in her passport for us. I tried to explain to staff that her h4 visa is her us visa but didn't accept. I have no problem with uk policy but atleast britiah airways should let is know when we booked ticket that you need visa on your passport. I will never ever travel through british airways."

Pros: "The 787s are super spacious!! Economy class never felt so good."

Pros: "The crew was great & the food was great too. Service was excellent, very friendly. Managed to get a window seat. It was perfect, a little cozy nook of my own. The 787 had only 7 seats in a row, the configuration was better, more comfortable."

Cons: "Customer service was terrible. The flight was overbooked and everyone was treating me as if it were MY fault the plane was oversold and I didn't have a seat. No apologies, no sympathy. It was as if they were doing me a favor by trying to get me on the flight. I had to wait it 4 long lines to get it taken care of and the people working the floor of the check-in area kept directing me to the wrong places. Purchasing a plane ticket on your airline for a specific should be enough to guarantee a seat on a plane. It's absurd that I spent 900 for a ticket and that doesn't guarantee me that I'll be on the flight."

Cons: "I was shocked to learn that my ticket did not include any check in baggage allowance. Plus the charge of £60 per bags for our travel party of three was just rude. I was also disappointed to Learn that BA would not honor my One World Saphire status in anyway and give me a free checkin."

Las maletas llegaron abiertas."

Cons: "I require wheelchair assistance .. There was only one person servicing the entire group of people on the prior flight as a result it took us way longer to get to our connecting flight and we all ended up missing it. I had to spend over 12 hours in London .. Which was very uncomfortable and tiring for me considering my poor health, the previous 8 HR flight from Boston-London and the upcoming 9 hour london-Mumbai."

Cons: "The stewardess told me for the last meal, that they ran out the no. Vegetarian meal so I must choose the veg one. Later he said he gave me the preference for the earlier meal so this one shouldn't be a problem if I didn't get what I asked for. Totally blew my mind. The audacity with which he gave me his explanation was extraordinary. Sorry British airways, don't need that attitude. Wrote to them about this, haven't yet replied back. The flight was pretty old by itself. Not like the ones that go from London to United States. The Seats were smaller and had a very uneasy contour, the entire plane just looked a little banged up. The crew always seemed in a rush, to busy to even hear or look around."

Pros: "The food was good and the leg room was very good. The flight was on time."
Cons: "On both flight s going to LAX to London and London to LAX we were sitting in the back of the plan with all the families with noisy kids. on the flight to London I had two twins in one seat it was difficult for the mother and the children were all over the place. with a tantrum at the end of the flight because of having to have the seat belt on. On the flight home we were in the last row and all kinds of crying kids. If I ever fly again on British Air I want a seat further forward but if is hard to pre book your seat. We are in our 70's and would like a quieter area."

Pros: "The American Airways gate agent was very helpful fixing the problem that British Airways created. She went out of her way to get me booked on AA flights to catch my BA flight from London to Riyadh."
Cons: "My original flight was cancelled and the first available flight was 3 days later. BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

However her comment was more annoying - no sorries - not apologies - just said - "oh it's just water - it is refreshing" - Seats pushback was almost broken - it would break your thumb to push the button and then almost stand to push the seat back. - This was transatlantic flight and you charge for liquor? It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible."

Pros: "Our flight had a veteran who had received the Medal of Honor and the pilot and attendants took a moment to recognize him and it was sooo special and meaningful for American Airlines to take the time to thank this awesome individual!!! Thank you!!"
