We were charged for every kilo even though prepay options online were not user friendly. 4 thumbs down, way down."

Cons: "Airline doesn't provide inflight meals moreover they do not accept Indian currency, the currency half the country from which they are operating. They were accepting credit card to be charged in US dollar or cash in Qatar Riyal for the food amount. I offered to pay through credit card but two cards has failed while third was accepted. There were many passengers who were not carrying case in Qatar Riyal and their cards work not successfully swipe,therefore they remained hungry. This is in human and no airline on international route is allowed to do so"

Cons: "We are foreign students and when we purchased our ticket we were not given the option to buy a student price ticket in Kayak or at the indigo counter at the new delhi airport. We were charged 3000rps each for overweight luggage and the staff at the check in counter in Jaipur were really rude about it. After having paid an extra 3000 rps which was almost like buying another flight ticket to new Delhi for just a 35 min flight, our flight was 1 hour delayed!! Definitely we will NEVER fly with indigo again!!!"

Cons: "When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

Cons: "Check-in was slow and indifferent. Boarding was chaos and then we had to be held back on the bridge because they realized the aircraft was still being cleaned. Plane was dirty and rundown, despite being a recent Boeing Dreamliner - looked like a drunken rugby stag party had spent a night kicking the seats. In-flight information for immigration was incorrect, leading us to stand in the wrong line for 10 minutes once we got to Delhi. Priority baggage tags were useless - I had a quick domestic connection in Delhi that we almost missed because they couldn't find my luggage, then when we arrived at our final destination the luggage was still back in Delhi. I had to wait 24 hours for it to arrive in Jodhpur. I left sunglasses and headphones on the plane but don't bother trying to contact lost property - the email address on Air India website is no longer in use, and customer service don't want to know about it and said to call the airport."
