Cons: No wheel chair was provided for my husband and the crew did nothing to get us one. I have complained to the Singapore office and airport no too. My struggled all the way to the taxi stand. As it is he is already an asthma patient. I met the crew at the immigration and they walked away.

Pros: Flew a few times with UL mainly as it's part of One World and being a QR member I get additional miles and point and travel in business at affordable prices compared to QR extremely high price.
Cons: Need more movie options. Presently 95% movies are one or more year old.

Pros: I flew economy Melbourne > Abu Dhabi and then Abu Dhabi to Melbourne. The first leg of the flight was great, the flight wasn’t full and I had a whole row to myself. The flight attendant even gave me some tips to ensure nobody sat there. This flight was on an A380 so the plane was large and it felt spacious.
Cons: There are a number of things that Etihad do that just degrade the quality and experience of the flight and I probably wouldn’t fly with them again as a result. I’ve listed these below: 1) Entertainment system is poorly appointed and travel in two seperate months found that little had been refreshed on the in flight programs. 2) The entertainment system is deactivated until the seat belt sign is turned off, and is deactivated again about 30 minutes prior to landing. 3) You practically have to cut off your arm to get some water. I would always bring my own water on the flight, but Australian regulations prevent more than 100mls being carried on flight. 4) The service is inconsistent, some staff are just downright rude and others are incredibly friendly. The time waiting after pressing the call bell is excessive and in one case my drink never arrived. 5) Unlike other airlines, they don’t give you a “menu” to chose from for the inflight meal. Instead they just come around asking “Chicken, Lamb or vegetarian”, and lack any real understanding of what’s actually in the food. 6) When you order a drink, they open the can pour some into a cup but don’t give you the remainder in the can. 7) The inflight wifi is expensive. 19.95 USD for 180mb puts them at one of the most expensive. Overall, I would have expected a bit more from an airline such as Etihad.
Cons: I was forced to reschedule this flight and depart 2 days later than planned because the first leg of my scheduled flight was cancelled. Again, I received no compensation.
Cons: The food could have been better. Also, we didn’t receive our bags upon arrival in SFO.

Cons: Entertainment choices were limited and the system difficult to use. The food was pretty awful, even for an economy flight.
Cons: Bad service from Virgin Atlantic and Jet Airways I missed my connection from DHL to BOM. Rude and arrogant agents of both airlines

Cons: No tv. Crew seemed unorganised. Luggage did not arrive . All my clothes in my bag did not arrive. Are you goingto reimburse for clothes purchases?? My trip is for 4 days and I paid close to $1900 for the ticket and still need to deal with this!!
