Service is not good

The food served was nice.

The KLM staff that were assigned to this flight were incompetent. After telling them I was flying with Etihad and I had a 30kg limit the told me to unpack my bag to reduce them to 23kg. I did this 3 times, and then at final weighing they figured out I was right and that I could board with 30kg. Morons!

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Lufthansa are brilliant to fly with, you get free food and drink on every flight and one of my flights was only 40 minutes! Really friendly staff too!

Be careful of change over times. If you have less than an hour to get your connecting flight in Frankfurt be careful, Frankfurt airport is massive and and the process is slow. My stop over was 1 hour and I had to run through the airport to catch my connecting flight and was the last person on the plane.

I liked it all.

Excellent Service

As Platinum Member of QR Privilege Club I booked on the Qatar Airways website a Qatar Airways flight and got confirmed a Qatar Airways flight number. What else than as cheating the customer, the refusing of an upgrade with the excuse that this flight is an Cathay Pacific flight, can be understood. Very much disappointing.

Staff was accommodating and friendly.

When I buy a ticket through etihad website, I expect etihad service, even if it was operated by other airline. Air Serbia managed to loose my luggage on a direct flight between AD and Belgrade, and the plane was very old, without entertainment.

Friendly staff

The plane was old and the standard was not business class. They ran out of many of the dishes and the food was very poor. The plane was understaffed resulting in poor service. I declined to join the air miles scheme as I shall not be travelling with them again.

Flight cancelled due to strike action, still awaiting refund or response from Lufthansa including compensation. Expect return flight also will be cancelled

Choice of films. I've seen a lot of them and the rest were awful Why do flights always serve chocolate biscuits, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake? Strawberries,carrots and humous, grapes, olives, would make a nice alternative for example. Hot food boring, tasteless
