Crew is phenomenal. Helpful with anything you may need. Lots of entertainment options. Food was good. On time, no complaints.

Please have the artiste showcase of classic international movies. Please have better food. There was no dessert or yogurt in my Ind Veg meal.

The food provided was not as good in the previous trips!

No seperate security check for business class passengers and average lounge, open air, so not properly air conditioned

Excellent customer service from pre boarding to the end. Really enjoyed my flight. Very helpful crews during flight as well. Will definitely flight with Singapore airlines again.

Food quality and serving frequency was poor. Travel kit was not provided. Flight was very bumpy. Overall, not a good experience.

55 min transit, not sure how they planned to make it work

I was very impressed with this airline. The plane was clean. The attendance were nice and it was a great comfortable experience. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it, and they wrapped it all Thailand plastic wrap to prevent it from coming apart during the flight. When I got to Los Angeles, all of my items were safe and still in the bag. That is above and beyond!

Everything was good food could be better but ok for economy on my 2nd flight the head ph jack are bad you have to hold pushed in to hear anything but other then that very nice service

No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

Inflight entertainment is limited. Boarding process is delayed and interrupted.

The flight was delayed and changed of boarding gates without notifying the passengers; no updates on electronic boards. Everyone had to wait for a very long time and tired. No food was served even though our ticket covered a dinner set. I got to my hotel after midnight. Terrible experience with this flight

Pros: "This was a codeshare flight operated by China Airlines. I sat in 69A and had plenty of leg room. The entertainment options were excellent to include the flight map. The map is probably the best one I have come across. The cabin crew provided excellent service and were attentive."

Cons: "The boarding procedure was confusing. Economy was divided between Zones 1 and 2. However, the boarding pass was not clear which zone it was assigned."
