4.0 Okay
Pros: I liked the Villa we stayed in. The infinity pool and swim up bar was also nice.
Cons: The location is approximately 1.5 km but this only via water taxi. We paid 400 Tbt to get drenched on the way there. We were charged extra 600 tbt for a 6 yr old. I got sick while staying at this resort. Staff was plastic, fake and uncompromising Robots
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was beautiful. The transport in that the hotel took care of for me was seamless and comfortable. The hotel restaurants and swimming pool amenities were amazing too.
Cons: Lot of bugs so carry your bug repellent at all times.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good. The beachfront villas were nice, but very expensive. Other bars close by (behind the resort) like Buffalohead.
Cons: The Service, food, and cocktails were just not commensurate with the cost of the stay. This is not a romantic couples holiday location. Ok for families.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, beautiful hotel property and very friendly staff.
Cons: Only getting 1 key for the room. If key card was not left in the room AC would not work and room would get very hot. Tour offers at hotel were very overpriced compared to tours offered in town.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Only housekeeping
Cons: Everything especially restaurant service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is remote,beachfront-just beautiful.
Cons: Nothing at all. I actually wanted to stay longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, room, staff, facilities, pools, service, beautiful resort!
Cons: Improve the cleanliness of the breakfast plates and cups as well as the bedroom cups, there were marks of grease and dirt. It was a bit difficult to find a clean cup and plate during the breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Stunning location, nice large bathroom and cottage style rooms.
Cons: Terrible veg food and cocktails. Poor check out as our legs (upto our waist) got soaked walking to the boat (it should have been nearer to the reception)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: beatuful swimming pools
Cons: villa had no view except for the ugly brown thatched roofs all around
7.0 Good
Pros: The beautiful villas and the huge pool.
Cons: Yes. Expect to pay western prices or more. Surprising as it is owned by Singha Brewery. Not enough choices in beers. The restaurants were not busy because of the very high prices on food and drinks.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful. Very clean. Beach and pools were amazing
Cons: Check in process was archaic. Better for couples. Difficult to get a drink, expensive. Staff was polite but inattentive. Language barrier was challenging at times. Difficult and expensive to leave island. Everything closes early. Weak entertainment.
4.0 Okay
Pros: During the high tide, the beach is beautiful.
Cons: Many things: staff seem pretty unhappy. Half of the day, the sea water disappears and is replaced with mud due to low tide. The village next to the hotel is literally two small streets with 2-3 restaurants total.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel in Phi Phi with amazing view. We took ocean view bungalow, it was very simple, but view amazing really. Pool perfect also. Close to go to the beach and aroun island.
7.9 Good
Pros: The landscape is wonderful. Staff very competent, and they speak English very well.
Cons: Breakfast! This place doesn’t deserves a breakfast like this. Simple and with only four options where you can choose the kind of egg do you want in this four options. Maybe I return to this place but I would the option without breakfast so i can eat in other place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: I think the rooms could do with updating and cleaning a bit better with hoovers rather than brushes.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The best is definitely the view from the pool or the room. Staff very friendly. Location very good.
Cons: In the evening you can hear music till around 2 am which is not so bad cause it could be worse and last longer. The hotel needs a bit of renovation but the view makes you forget about any other inconveniences.
7.1 Good
Pros: View from balcony was perfect
Cons: Breakfast was so bad... There was no variety of food... They only gave us egg and you can choose just how to do it... and every day the same egg.. we had to go somewhere else to eat breakfast and pay our money...
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Nit great value and very noisy from party beach until 1am every night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. Pool with great view over the beach!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: *The View is amazing *Pool area is lovely and very well kept *Breakfast was good value for money *Staff are nice and helpful *Good aircon *Good wifi

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and ATM/banking services. A ferry terminal shuttle is available for a surcharge.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Bungalows are clean and spacious and the beach is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Phi Phi, we stayed for 2 days and it was perfect - a short boat ride away from the main town with the most amazing beach. The restaurant was good but would say pricier than other places on the island.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't great but I think this is more of a cultural thing as the island is Muslim so there is no pork which meant no sausages or bacon available - completely understandable, we just didn't realise this before visiting!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good ,we took it on the beach .The all area is fantastic ,all the bungalows are on the beach .The best area in Long Beach is were the accommodation was The rooms is clean and modern ,the view was fantastic We didn't had sea view room but we were lucky because we had a side view of the sea I recomand this location ,, long beach '' for accommodation in Phi phi don The best beach on the island
Cons: The access in the night .They could build a road ,or something .If you come from the central of the island in the night it could be difficult
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bungalow was dirty, expected a lot better for the price Shower was prehistoric and no hand shower Daily cleaning not up to standard Could have provided umbrellas for shade on balcony No proper beach chairs or umbrellas on beach Food in restaurant and nearby restaurants terrible When tide is out seabed full of corals and rocks. No swimmingpool as alternative Occupied most expensive bungalow on premises K1
7.1 Good
Pros: I loved the serenity, it’s on a beautiful beach. So calm and peaceful At sunrise. We had the massages at night, it was absolutely amazing. Very calm atmosphere in the evenings around the restaurant which is a few steps from the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a good place to stay.
Cons: The location has its positives and negatives. It’s a perfect spot away from the town of you are looking for seclusion and serenity. It’s a good 30 min walk to get to town, and difficult to find your way at night in the dark, through the trees and uneven uphill and downhill walk. There is a boat service that can be used at a fee. Breakfast was average.
7.9 Good
Pros: Perfect location to relax, right on the beach. Bungalows dated, but there is everything what you need.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great positions and nice rooms.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved. Massage service not so special as compared to what you can find in town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is beautiful. In front of the beach where you can relax and go for a walk. They helped me prepare a surprise to my girlfriend as she was turning 30 and it was incredible. This hotel is located on the quiet side of Phiphi.
Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like, it’s just a downside that as the hotel is located on the quiet side of the island, the prices are much much higher if you compare to tonsai for an example.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the views, quite probate only with the people that stay at the local resorts.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, fantastic view. Friendly staff. Peaceful and relaxing place.
Cons: Juice at the breakfast taste too artificial.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was just like in paradise, super friendly staff, great breakfast
Cons: Nothing to complain
7.1 Good
Pros: The villa was a beautiful treehouse like apartment with an amazing view of the ocean within a jungle. Perfect for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle. You get to see both the amazing sunsets and the sunrise from the resort.
Cons: The bed was very hard, the lighting in the room was poor and the food was average.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Service with a big smile, beatiful room, nice resort, not too touristic.
Cons: Smoking inside the breakfast area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property, staff and location were lovely. This peaceful resort is directly on the beach with loungers, umbrellas and a bar awaiting each day for your arrival. The pool and dining facilities are set just off the beach with 24/7 views of the Andaman Sea. A 2nd smaller pool and bar is located atop a hill for spectacular evening sunsets. Snorkeling, diving, boating and fishing activities are available from providers all along the beach, you can even snorkel directly off Erawan’s beach site. You can also book and receive a GREAT Thai massage on site!
Cons: Wish they would have been able to accept Union Pay Debit cards, other resorts and restaurants along the same beach were able to.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Location amd service
Cons: The air contioner is directoy to the bed and it got me sick
7.5 Good
Pros: Very happy with my stay. Didn’t expect it to feel more like a luxury hotel. Staff is very friendly and helps you in every way. Best service I’ve experienced in Thailand so far. Good value for money.
Cons: Bed is too hard. My back hurts after 3 nights. The room was big but I felt like there could be better use of the space by adding a sofa to relax in and a small table instead of a hard bench and two uncomfortable armchairs. The food is too expensive in the hotel restaurant. Better food and prices in the restaurants on Gypsy Village next to the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are so nice and helpful. Got upgraded to a delux room. Relaxing atmosphere.

7.9 Good
Pros: Amazing place with beautiful beach and a very nice resort. Tasty food, nice sunset restaurant.
Cons: The room needs an upgrade, it looks aged and below standard! This place needs a bit of renovation and better care to be the best spot on the island.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The resort is a family like resort , but if you want to have some beer far from the crowded koh phi phi is a good place as the beach itself is very good , great views and no boats can stop in front of the hotel. It is very spacious and you definitely can enjoy a great time with privacy. Breakfast with wide variety from Asian to American style. Restaurant is also nice. There are very few options surrounding the hotel, so you end up having to eat all meals there. I can’t complain as I had a great time during my 7 days stay, although you can get bored and need food variety and will need to spend extra money to get a boat to koh phi phi.
Cons: Far from koh phi phi and you need to pay private boat to enjoy night in phi phi, you will pay around 1200 baht for the boat. Be aware you will spend money to enjoy night life in phi phi. Boat capitanias wait you but will charge you 1400 for 4 hours and 1600 for 6 hours to wait you. The Massage Spa is overpriced , the most expensive I’ve ever seen in Thailand. You can go to a neighbor hotel and do thai massage for half of price. Another advice is to lower the buffet price , I’ve seen the buffet very few ppl eating as regular meals + dessert has better value to money. It needs to be more attractive and good value compared to regular meals. Booze is overprice, take your stock of favorite beverage and enjoy. Didn’t like the toilets , very old, loo shallow and shower as well. Rooms are old style not cozy but fur the purpose of enjoy beach is far enough.
6.0 Good
Pros: View from sunset bar and swimming pool
Cons: Rooms and general facilities look a bit dated and are not of a high standard. The area around our private swimming pool was never properly cleaned, tiles uneven and partially chipped off. Food ok but nothing special and service slow. One night we went for the buffet dinner, all dishes were more or less cold. Staff was very friendly. All in all certainly not worth 500 EUR per night, was more a 3 star experience.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service we received during our stay was A++!!! Everyone was so punctual, polite and helpful! Thank you for a providing us with the best and most amazing time!
Cons: There was a little misunderstanding with our laundry but the staff did their best to accommodate us and even delivered our laundry to us at 12:20am on the dot ((as advised). We were really touched and grateful for everyone’s help and dedication in delivering only the very best service!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beachfront villa has a porch where I stayed comfortably while watching the waves. We have a daily supply of drinking water and bedsheets and towels are changed everyday. There is a water tractor/vehicle that picked us up from the speed boat to the greeting area and vice versa, ensuring that our luggage and shoes will not get wet. Good tractor driver! The buggi drivers are also very friendly.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities and activities were easily accessible and organised. It made it easy to book tours straight from the hotel beach. We liked the app that allowed us to easily to book room service easily.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the sunset bar and restuarant especially Noon who's service was excellent. And a special mention about one particular manager Joy who was exceptional. It was lovely to meet such a nice person who had great customer skills, and just so much charm.
Cons: The breakfast staff need a little more training, it would be nice to be asked if you would like a tea or coffee when seated.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, lovely rooms and brilliant sunset bar.
Cons: Staff not that friendly. Food provision not good - dinner very poor. Eat elsewhere.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very attened peolpe They helped us to book a private long tail boat trip free long tail boat for check out thank you !
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so helpful...great reception, snorkeling tours, housekeeping...spotless. Really good breakfast. Beach beautiful...probably one of the best beach access on the island.
Cons: Not necessarily a dislike....Some might review the property as shabby but we felt the property still showed signs of the devastation caused by the 2004 Tsunami. We were ok with that because we’re old enough to remember when it happened. We chose to marvel at how much has been restored. What’s important is the beach and water were gorgeous and the people some of the nicest anywhere we’ve ever been.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The banana pancakes were amazing and the staff always asked if we wanted anything else! The rooms were extremely clean and pretty much brand new, which they cleaned everyday without asking. Loved staying here would def stay again! Thanks Blue Sky for such great hospitality! See you again soon!
7.9 Good
Pros: The location and the staff. Right in front of beautiful, peaceful stretch of beach. And the staff is simply wonderful, always greeting us with a smile, playing with our 2 year old, making us feel at home.
Cons: The property needs a proper renovation. The rooms are comfortable, but very dated and with a tone of little things that need fixing/improving. The breakfast is quite poor but fortunately there are plenty nice options around this property for your meals. Nevertheless, none of this things are deal breakers and we would definitely return.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great beach.. good restaurants... pretty good value
Cons: Maintenance required around garden... could have better upkeep
7.5 Good
Pros: The people are very nice. The location is perfect for people who look for a calm stay in the best beach of the island. You have a free taxi boat on the arrival and departure to the pier. You can also buy the tickets to the ferries there. The bungalows are cute.
Cons: The bungalows should have some maintenance, but still very cosy and nice.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Stuff were very nice, and the place is located on a beautiful beach. We recieved an amazing breakfast. The room was nice and big. This place is great for you if you are looking to relax.
Cons: The furniture was quite old but we didn't mind. if you want to go to the main area with the bars and shops, you need to take a taxi boat, which can be a bit hard to find in low seasone. So if your main goal is partying maybe its not the best for you

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Ivory Phi Phi Island, you'll be centrally located in Ko Phi Phi, within a 5-minute walk of Tonsai Pier and Ton Sai Bay. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and laundry facilities.
7.0 Good
Pros: Highly Recommend everyone does the 1/2 day tour. Each spot was spectacular even if there were a 100+ other tourists with you it was lifetime experience. If you play with Monkeys, beware they are animals and did bite one of our group but they sure are fun to watch! They jump on you so just know they are wild animals and not pets! If you don't mind being out all day, do the full day. If you don't snorkel... TRY IT! You're missing out if you don't. Ivory Phi Phi was in a quiet location and clean. Small, but you only use your room to sleep!
Cons: It was a perfect 1/2 day tour.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The woman gave us some good food recommendations and a map
Cons: Rooms were loud and could hear everything from neighbours
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was pretty decent and clean. What you are really paying for is the location. There is a great selection of food and beach nearby, as well as convenience stores and shopping all around.
Cons: Honestly, I don't have much to complain about. It's not the nicest hotel room I've been in, but the value for money and it's centrality are definitely great. I did notice ants, but I didn't really have food or drinks in my room, so it wasn't a problem.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed one night after travelling over from Phuket. Suited us perfectly though we weren’t in the room for long. They did charge us extra to pay on card.
Cons: Nothing. Clean, quiet and functional.
7.5 Good
Pros: As we wanted a hotel in the centre, so the location was perfect.
Cons: The room is small and simple, there was no proper window but for a one night stay and for it's prize it was okay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good location and nice staff
Cons: Less good quality price than elsewhere we travelled in Thailand
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff (owners?). Very helpfull and offering information about where to go on an island. Clean room with quite big bed. Very good location.
Cons: Room was quite small so it was difficult to place two big bags opened on the floor.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Just the location.
Cons: The room did not correspond to any of the photos... It was like a cell with 2 single beds crammed into it and a view to an interior patio. Its instalations are poor. The bathroom sink tap ready to fall off. The bed linen had holes in them, should have been replaced years ago.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is superb. Ideal if you're not after fancy.
Cons: Very basic rooms. Insects in the bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was absolutely fantastic, close to everything, yet far enough so you could have a nice nights rest.
Cons: We unfortunately did not have any warm water, thus showering after going into the ocean was absolutely terrible. Our toilet also did not seem to flush properly and we did not enjoy that at all.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bungalow was so close to beach and sun beds provided. Fresh water and made up room every day if wanted. Great location just by PP sunshine bar who were super friendly too. Quiet part of island with cleanest beach, although there was still quiet a bit of washed up rubbish on beach after Xmas and New Year.
Cons: The bathroom and bedroom are very basic so don’t expect luxury.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is in a nice part of the island near the beach away from the madness and a nice little raggae bar beside it. They carried the luggage from the pier to the location
Cons: Bathroom smelled like a sewer, think it was the shower water itself and not the drain. Sheets were covered in blood marks, had to ask them to change them the first night night, most likely from bed bugs. Mosquitoes kept appearing in the room constantly even with the AC on and even with all gaps covered in deet
6.0 Good
Pros: It was very close to the beach and you can get a long tail boat there without having to go to the Pier. Basically it's an okay stay, if you find a cheap deal go for it.
Cons: It does not have a mosquito net. The toilet is very run down, it was clogging. The shower head is on one side of the toilet and the drainage hole is on the other side, so the shower water has to go across the whole toilet floor in order to drain out.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: Very basic accommodation for the price we paid, we have stayed in beautiful accommodation during this tour for less than the price we paid here
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good location just in front of Nice Beach. They offer 12 chairs in Nice Beach that guests can use, but if the chairs are full you must pay $100/per chair per day to use the other chairs. They have English channels on TV. They help us with our luggage.
Cons: Bad smell inside the fridge like a dead animal. Hard bed. The room is too small, not comfortable to stay inside. They didn't change the linen in my 4 days stay. Just three plug sockets inside the room, one for fridge, one for TV, the last one was in the middle of the wall in front of the bed, hard to use to recharge the phone.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: For us, the location was lovely... We needed a few days to relax and so it was perfect! Our room was under renovation so we got an upgrade for free to one of the bungalows - it was really nice and very private.
Cons: A big part of the resort had renovations going on, so for example, we didn't have access to the swimming pool (however, we were told we could use next door resort's swimming pool). Tip: the resort is lovely but it is far away from Ton Sai (main town in Koh Phi Phi for restaurants, bars, etc) and the transfer is 800 THB - return, so you end up being "stuck" with just a few restaurants around the resort for dinner/lunch. Important: there is no ATM close to the resort, so do withdraw some money previously - or pay by card!
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good. Great range of options. Tea and coffee not great but plenty of other things to enjoy. Clean pool, playground, swings and massages on site, Reasonable facilities in the room and nice balcony. Walked to the local village, snorkelling, sunset views.
Cons: Room was a bit run down; kettle didn't work well, lamp not working, air-conditioner really noisy. Problem with billing at checkout caused hassles and inconvenience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast had great variety. Lots of fresh fruit, all the normal western breakfast stuff & some nice interesting Thai cooked breakfast dishes. The breakfast area has a very pleasant view of the sunrise & the sea.
Cons: The breakfast could have some India curry & more Chinese dishes.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: location
Cons: bugs
6.7 Good
Pros: The WiFi connection worked pretty well and the staff was amazing
Cons: The location was awful, it was away from phi phi don, which was expensive and hard to reach, there were only 4 boats out of the resort and in and most tours in phi phi don where or to early or ended to late to those boats. Furthermore, there wasn’t much to do. They don’t have tours beside private boats coming out from the hotel and in the hotel beside massages there is not much to do. It is too isolated and they don’t advertise this enough
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from the pool was unbelievable. It looks like something you will just see in a movie. The breakfast is the best in Thailand.
Cons: The mattress in the room was really uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb experience. This resort is top notch! The service is excellence and the level of detail in the rooms and your stay is beyond the 3-star rating they have. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The little bungalows are tucked away in the most northern point of Phi Phi Island. The sea view rooms are spectacular with a private beach (it’s small and rocky so don’t expect to much) there is a wider beach at the entrance of the hotel. The sea is still visible Even from the Garden view rooms. There’s a beautiful look out point in both sides to see the sunset and sunrise. The room was impeccably clean. We didn’t have any problem with critters or insects. You’re in the middle of the island on a mountain so wild life is only to be expected There is a mosquito net, AC, good WIFI, toiletries, a robe, slippers, kettle and some tea and coffee. The breakfast has Thai and Western options. Arriving: Once you arrive to Phi Phi Tonsai Pier you need to take a ferry shuttle to Laem Tong Beach Pier(it’s an additional 200 baht each way) I believe there are two from Tonsai per day 12:30 and 5:30. It’s remote - don’t expect to come and go easily to the main pier (Tonsai) where all the tourists and parties are. There are shuttles from the hotel area at 7, 9, 1 and 2:45. There is a strip of restaurants on the beach (they have a variety of food options) and farther down there is a non-resort associated restaurant that looked really good (although we didn’t try-Chili and Pepper) There are no stores or atms up this way so plan accordingly. There Are dive shops and some tours you can book but plan to get the last ferry back by 5:30 PM from Tonsai otherwise you’ll probably pay a fortune for a taxi boat. The resort can arrange everything for you include massages, transportation etc. there are three dive shop
Cons: It’s remote - getting to/from Tonsai Pier is a pain with limited ferry options but it’s the perfect location if you want isolation, peace and relaxation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and beautiful place to stay away from the party scene. Lovely apartment, clean with good room service. Great snorkelling and beach.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Nice pool with a beautiful view and spacious room.
Cons: Room had a lot of mosquitoes, towels smelled like cigarette smoke, and room just didn’t feel very clean. Location was pretty but at the extreme end of the town walkway. Hotel could be better maintained (paint, broken tiles, room fixtures).
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great if you want some privacy, there are no night clubs or loud music during the night. They have a carrying luggage service which is very helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: We stayed for 5 nights, the elevator wasn’t working in the first 3 days which was very inconvenient as we had to go up and down from/to the 5th floor. Breakfast is very limited if you don’t want to eat Thai food in the morning (Rice, pasta, salads and spicy food) We didn’t feel comfortable in the swimming pool as it’s floor and walls are a little bit sharp.

7.1 Good
Pros: - Amazing view of the bay from the bungalow, a lot of beautiful plants, trees and butterflies (fairytale!) - Bungalow was clean, bed comfy, a lot of space, bathroom was decent. On first day there was problem with water but it was fixed in few hours, so no worries :) - You can rent a kayak for 100 tbh (2 person) and explore the bay (Monkey Beach is nearby) - You have free hours to go to the city by boat (after 5 pm you need to pay 100 tbh/person). You can go also throught the jungle but we didn’t try that after dark. - You can eat and drink at the hotel, nice breakfast was included (thank you for fresh pinapple!) - Staff is really helpful an nice :) - Swings are lovely
Cons: - MUSIC FROM BARS : After 8 pm there is a problem with loud music from beach bars on other side of the bay. The hotel is not close to beach but during night you can feel like on a party (in the same time lying in your bed). Music stops at 1:00 am (in November). I recommend to take earplugs with you - Location is beautiful but there is also a lot of rocks and stairs so you need to be careful becouse it can be slippery. You can swim but better with shoes. There is no sandy beach at the hotel ( some small nice beach is on the left of the bay and you can go to the Loh Dalum Beach by free boat)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best staff ever specialy genney
Cons: Every thing is great. The view and food and warm hostlaty
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing feeling to live there. You wake up with a wonderful view. Very nice staff. They could give you a kayak, and tell the places to go.
Cons: A bit hard to find it, also reach it.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: At first glance the bungalows in the resort's sunware look nice and you expect nice accommodation, but this is not the case. Starting eight o'clock, the daily thumping of the bass from the opposite beach begins, which sometimes takes until 3 in the morning, while the whole bungalow shakes. If you make it till the morning, expecting a rich breakfast, as written in the reviews, but another mistake - breakfast every day the same, you get two eggs and a toast, two slices of pineapple, plus coffee or tea in micro cups - NOTHING MORE !! The landlady pleasant at most greetings, otherwise arrogant and unwilling lady. Wifi, which worked the first day even in the room, was out of order for the rest of the days and no one was able to repair it. To conclude, I would never recommend this accommodation to anyone! I will require compensation ...
6.0 Good
Pros: Slendid piece of nature.
Cons: The reception is not to be trusted. The boat man has no idea what they promise, does not pick up the phone and does not understand English. They kicked us out in a pouring rain the last morning saying that big waves were coming - we killed a beautiful day waiting for connection in Phi-Phi drenched with our big suitcases. No sleep at all due to the loud disco echoing from Phi-Phi. There was a mouse in our bedrom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room and complex was incredible!
4.2 Okay
Pros: Great view from the room.
Cons: There was a mouse in our room and several types of insects and small lyzards. The water of the shower was cold. There was a very difficult path to get there from the town (irregular and mostly through the jungle). The hotel provides a free boat service to go to the town and go Back to the hotel, but there are very few boats per day. The service is free only if you take a secheduled boat (between 8h15 and 17h). If you want another time, you have to pay 100thb per person, per way. Overall it was a bad experience and we left before the check out date.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A lovely place for those who want tranquility.
Cons: It is not easy to reach at different times of the day.
6.7 Good
Pros: The view is amazing , away from hustle bustle of phi
Cons: the care taker is too much money minded, asks for money for every single thing

Pros: Loved everything
Cons: The uphill walks
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were picked up from the ferry pier by the free long tail shuttle service that the hotel provides for people checking in (it didn't seem like this was available during the day for guests who had already checked in but we didn't actually ask). The hotel is located at the far end of Long Beach. I had read reviews saying that they weren't happy with the location, but it was perfect for us! We liked that it was in a more relaxing, tranquil part of Phi Phi Don, but only a short 5-10 minute journey by long tail boat into Tonsai village - which cost 100baht per person during the day, or 200baht at night, or it was a very manageable (and clearly sign posted) 30-40 minute walk through the jungle into the town (which was also lit up at night). The path into town was situated at the other end of Long Beach. We stayed in a superior villa, and although not as 'luxury' as the other room types, it was situated in a much better location not too far up the hill, and it was close to the breakfast room, restaurant, reception, beach and other facilities. The mini bar was filled daily with complimentary water, soft drinks, crisps and nuts which was a nice bonus! The staff very kindly decorated the room for my boyfriend's birthday which was really lovely! The hotel breakfast was great - there was a wonderful selection of fruits, salad items, hot food (curries, rice, bacon, eggs made to order, pancakes/french toast), pastries, breads, and cereals. We also ate at the restaurant a couple of times during our stay, the food and cocktails were nice, just a bit more expensive than you could be paying in Tonsai village. The hotel Thai massage was really good, but again slightly more expensive than in Tonsai. The hotel's private beach at the end of long beach was really lovely and we never had any problems getting a sun lounger at any time of the day!
Cons: I'm personally not a huge fan of cats and they do seem to be everywhere at the resort, but they were all clean, and seemed to be well looked after. They didn't bother us too much! The hotel is located on quite a steep hill but the hotel staff take you and your luggage to your rooms via golf buggy so you don't have to carry it too far!
6.3 Good
Pros: The views were amazing, the snorkelling in the bay was just incredible. The beach and the infinity pool were just perfect . I didn’t like the way senior staff had little respect for staff from other countries other than Thailand. Food was ok nothing special.
Cons: Most of the staff we met were rude and unhelpful and actually made me feel as though I didn’t want to stay. We net a couple of lovely waiters - they were engaging interested in us and our holiday. We had to move on our first night after an 8 hr journey as we had we had been put in an shining room with a family of young children and you could hear everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, breakfast was very good, transportation to and from Resort by boat was very well organized and staff was helpful. Plenty of launchers on the beach. Comfortable bed in the room, beautiful manicured landscape setting of the resort
Cons: Name of the room "luxury villa" is overrated. It has nothing to do with luxury and nothing to do with villa. It is old rustic cozy bungalow (cottage) with disaster bathroom without toilet paper holder, towel bars and dated furniture, wifi very poor and s
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent view from room
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was very central to everything
Cons: The actual room was subpar
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view from our room! The beach was nice, included breakfast was decent
Cons: Beds were not comfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress and we were staying in the honeymoon suite! Also despite there being an obvious language barrier, the majority of the staff were not friendly / helpful. We spend $600 CAD per night and believe our experience there should have been way better.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location of room was a 10 minute walk up-hill. It poured rain, and with my bad knee, had difficulty getting to the room. Asked to be moved, but was told acloser room would cost extra $102 US/nt. Chose to leave after 1 night. Hotel would not refund 2nd nt.
Cons: -Long black hairs in shower upon arrival See above.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from our hut was amazing. It rained the whole time during our stay, which sucked, but it was still a beautiful location.
Cons: You can't flush toilet paper, because of the plumbing. Their customer service is questionable - their network was down during our check-out and we still had expenses to pay. Since their network was down, our credit card could not be run, so they said we need to go the port, take money out of the ATM and pay them that way. We would've been charged a 5% fee for withdrawals, if not more so I told them that and that I refuse to pay that way. The front desk lady said they get charged 3% for processing credit cards, which isn't and should never be the guests problem. I suggested she take my credit card number and keep it for later until power was restored, but I think she did not understand me or didn't trust that I wouldn't cancel the card or something. Regardless, we negotiated the exchange rate with them so we could pay cash (they wanted to exchange $1USD = 31 Baht, but we got them to do $1USD = 34 Baht) We traveled to other locations in Thailand and the customer service was lacking pretty much everywhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything...specially location and beach
Cons: Cant think of anything
9.0 Excellent
Pros: this was one of the most beautiful resorts during our trip. the location, the accommodation, food and atmosphere. a big positive point is the direct connection of the diving school to the hotel, so you save time and can get on the boat and go out to sea directly in the morning.
Cons: the staff could be a little more friendly, open-minded - and above all, have a smile on their face. often the employees have walked or driven past us without paying attention to a glance or a word. Also at the reception it could be a bit more welcoming, as this is the first point of contact with the guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with beautiful beaches on both sides of the resort. Easy access to the centre by taxi boat. Very friendly staff. Even helped me out when I was already checked out.
Cons: Nothing

1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing.
Cons: Dirtiest place i've ever stayed at. my room had sand all over the floor, a film covering the toilet water, no clean towels, two double beds pushed together with individual bedding, instead of a king..., dirty glass and empty toilet roll. i asked immediately after checking in for someone to come clean my room and nothing was done by the time i returned at around 11pm. it is INSANELY far walk from the ferry, and the rooms are even farther and deeper. i had to fight for a refund for the extra day i was booked to stay but i could NOT put myself through the trauma of staying there one more night.... i wouldn't spend a DOLLAR here ever again.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The long boat ride to the property was an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was good if you arrived early & the views are lovely. Staff were pleasant on check-in but that’s where it ends unfortunately.
Cons: Lots of things - the pool was cloudy for the duration of our stay, we were not provided with bath towels & when I advised reception there was no apology or a we will send some to your room so we had to use beach towels. The beds were rock hard. The facility is in poor shape & in need of a refurb; so for the price it was not good value for money.
7.0 Good
Pros: Stunning location, rooms by far the best we had in Thailand however
Cons: the superior bungalows are a hike - I did read the reviews but I was still shocked and charge £20 per night for an extra bed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice view from the bungalow and location close to beach.
Cons: Moist/fungus in the rooms. Could use a bit of modernization. Weak AC.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located at the very calm place and has two beaches. It will take 15-20 minutes to get to the center of the island by foot. It’s better to book the villas down in front of the sea, the view is amazing!
Cons: - The rooms were not cleaned up well every day. - Sometimes the villas located quite high to climb. - Water pressure is not good, and it’s salty, seems like from the ocean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the reosrt . And the design f the resort, Pool, Restrurant, Room view , Balcony etc. Breakfast was good. People was so nice . Specially Robi and Scott. Very peachful and amaizing balcony
Cons: Hill room walkimg was tiring and nlymone car need more car to support people to reach the room. English understanding stuff needed badly. Toilet water pessur needs to be fix.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved how close it was to the beach and the trail to other near by beaches such as long beach. Walking to the other bay was quick and the staff were very helpful in directing us around town.
Cons: The hill to the rooms is a little steep but not terrible especially if you're young. The staff with drive you to your room with your luggage when you arrive and dive down your luggage when you leave.

Cons: The room looked a lot smaller than in the photo's and the bathroom and balcony were a bit shabby. Everything was clean though.

Cons: Nothing, it is a nice place to stay !
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was good as it was right next to the viewpoint and near the beach. There was fresh water everyday for us and the staff were very friendly.
Cons: We were told that someone would meet us when we got off the ferry to help us with carrying our bags, yet when we arrived there was no one to help and we ended up walking around for like 30 mins trying to find the place. Also the fact that there was monkeys which would just walk along your balcony, one morning a monkey tried to get into our room.
6.3 Good
Pros: The view was nice even it was hot
Cons: Far from the pier
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a fridge, boiler and free coffee and a cute balcony with a nice view. The location is great, a few steps but they help you with the luggage. I have no complaints
Cons: When I checked in the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. I asked them to clean it again and when I came back everything was fine

Cons: Crazily expensive for a box of a room. And noisy overnight. Better to go along to next two bays with serenity and much better value for money.

Pros: coffee
4.2 Okay
Pros: Small pool with nice view
Cons: Rooms are dirty + beds are very bad. Very loud music till 1am. Would not recommend...
7.1 Good
Pros: I liked the view from the pool. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable.
Cons: Because it's on the bay, the music from the party beach carries really well and makes it very loud at night. You would think that because it is so far away from town it would be quite but that's not the case. If you're not planning to stay up until 1am, choose a different place. Even though the PP Charlie was closer to the beach, it was actually much quieter at night. IF the price had been lower for the Cobble Beach, I would have found the walk and the noise ok.
