Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

I paid extra for more leg room and I was put in a regular seat. I couldn't change it and I didn't get a refund. SUPER LAME
In row with endlessly screaming toddler and should have been reseated as there were open options
It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it
Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.
The only problem is, we arrived in Miami with no luggage. We waited an hour and 20 minutes at the carousel. There was no one to tell us that all the luggage had come out. There were many people in the same disposition. They say 20% of the luggage never arrived in Miami.
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.
The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.
My baggage got struck in Rome while coming back from Hyderabad - SFO I missed my connection from Delhi to Hyderabad, and they were offering me a flight 3 days later. I had to purchase my ticket to go to Hyderabad.
Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good
This flight was operated by Air India and it was good experience
They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.
The check in staff was excellent. Some of the ground crew at Bengaluru airport that Lufthansa has outsourced to are terrible. The airport security removed my 2 power banks and set it aside from my check in luggage but they ground staff refused to go pick it up despite the airport security confirming it’s waiting for them to pick them up. I was very disappointed by their utter disregard for customer service and unwillingness to help me.
Entertainment system have to be updated. Allied partners charging money for alcohol - in fact international flight.
Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.
Plane was bit old and sits were cramped. But flights crews did an amazing job to take care of us. I would consider Lufthansa again just for them.
The flight was delayed, missed my connecting flight. Also missing one bag and no one can help me. The bag arrived the day after and the airport can't locate the bag.
The Lufthansa ground staff at bengaluru airport was completely unhelpful. There was a single line to check in for all passengers, those that checked in via the self service kiosk and everyone else. The bag drop counters were not staffed and the as a result we wound up standing in line after getting our bag tag and boarding passes just to drop off the luggage. Also there was one counter for economy class resulting in long wait time. There are lots of personnel milling around but not able to do anything.
Experience was terrible. No communication and no sense of urgency dealing with literally hundreds of passengers stranded due to cancelled flights.
I liked nothing. Communication to passengers was poor to non-existent. No sense of urgency in providing information from gate changes, baggage drops, and cancelled flights (which happened with no assistance available). This airline is a joke.
OK flight. However, left my smartphone in the seat pocket by mistake, and ITA staff were able to retrieve it and bring it to the departure desk for the next flight. I was so happy and thankful that they were able to get my phone back!
Flying Economy I’m not expecting to have Michelin star food but there’s too much salt and not enough veggies in the main meal. Also there should be more seat room
I get it…Economy sucks but on a 13 hour flight all seats should have legroom and go back more than 110 degrees
Old flight. very smaller seats. screen small.. food was mediocre
We booked months in advance, but were told at the airport we are on standby because the airline overbooked the flight. We finally (family of 5) got our boarding passes and had to run through the huge airport to get on the flight. The plane then had an electrical issue and we sat on the tarmac for another 2 hours before we even started our 12 hour flight. Our luggage did not make it, but was delivered to our destination the next evening after we landed. I would not fly this airline again.
This was a typical hour-long flight. Not much leg room, no entertainment and no food.
I’m a nervous flyer so I was happy that we experienced barely any turbulence. I was also lucky and had a whole row in Economy to myself. I’m on the shorter side so leg room wasn’t an issue for me. It could be for someone who is taller than 5’7”.. The food was ok, but again I was in Economy so I wasn’t expecting Michelin star quality food. Entertainment was ok. Wish there were more television options. Overall I would book on ITA again
the flight from Palermo to Rome to SFO is better than the flight we come although the get-off time is still 20 min late.
