Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.
My flight was completely full. Making me very stressful with people walking around all the time. I believe airlines can do better for entertain people during the flight.
I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
Crew was good. Check-in and boarding was terrible. Family wasn’t seated together. Online check-in wasn’t available.
Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.
45 minutes delay and not clear way. Almost missed my trans-Atlantic connection
First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.
British Airways is fantastic. I am low-vision and they were so helpful and accommodating. The food was all surprisingly delicious. That was an unexpected treat. The best of everything though was how helpful and friendly the service team was.
The mushroom rigatoni was very flavorful & made me happy. The flight team was accommodating and friendly & I look forward to using BA again in the future.
After boarding, take off delayed 45 minutes with us just sitting there. I think this a Heathrow problem
All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.
The flight attendant kept bypassing our row when serving drinks and food. And the. He spilled water on me. And spilled a chicken tikka masala on the aisle floor right by my feet.
Great crew! Average flight. T5 at Heathrow is not such as nice experience compared to other major International airports.
We lost our luggage in transit in Heathrow and had a horrible time finding it again. Dulles was very unhelpful.
My luggage did not make it. Will avoid Heathrow and British air
Bad. Bags are missing, there was no wheel chair assistance provided
