Miami airport needs more thorough signage. It was a long walk from my transport point to the check in desk,
Flight took off an hour late. Had to stay on the tarmac for half an hour after landing. Both annoying.
We had an unfortunate experience where we had to leave the aircraft after boarding, shortly before the scheduled takeoff time, and re-board. The reason given was that a passenger felt ill and had to cancel their plans and therefor their luggage had to be found and removed.
We’ve used VA before many times the experience is always been good they have lovely staff and the food is always delicious.
Everything about the flight was amazing from check in to boarding entertainment was okay food we didn’t try.
Seats were old and dirty, for a long haul flight you expect to be able to recline and for the av to work properly. Choice for vegans was fruit….
The Virgin Atlantic crew was very good. However, the equipment was OK, the seats were OK, but her bags did not arrive with me. Two bags showed up a day later and I’m still waiting for my third back.
The crew was very good. However, the equipment was a bit dated. Some of the electronics were not working. To top it, three bags didn’t arrive with me. Two of them were delivered a day later. I’m still waiting for the third bag, I was so looking forward to this virgin Atlantic flight, but, I am disappointed.
The only thing is if Wi-Fi is available after you land and taxi to the gate. It takes forever to get to the gate, and having the Wi-Fi continue would be great to bide the time at least 5 minutes before you arrive at the entrance. That is my only comment; otherwise, everything was good.
Flight delayed, missed connection, had to stay overnight. Next flight instead of our business class we were booked on the very back row. Second time this had happened in 2 months.
very bare bones flight no entertainment screen, download shows prior to boarding to watch on phone or tablet.
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.
I had a very unpleasant encounter with one man from customer service: he was extremely rude and miserable. And his condition was reflected on his decision to send me to the worst airport hotel and get an awful flight connection. My hotel shuttle had never arrived and I had to book another hotel. People served by other representatives got a much better treatment and deal.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
Was able to get on early due to being short of breathe. Agents very helpful.
The boarding process was such a chaos with everyone crowding at the gates. There was no structure. The onboard crew were fantastic and very good.
Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.
I arrived three hours early and I got all the way to the gate within 30 minutes once the ticket counter opened up. New trainee on her second day did a fabulous job.
Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!
The flight was direct and affordable The boarding process gave poor directions and disorganized. The seats were narrow and very uncomfortable! The disembarkation was also poor.

Was good all around. Crew, food, paid for extra legroom, as 10+ hour flight Like the 787 as I don't have any problem with my ears, due to the planes pressurization.
Fantastic how well crew especially at check in counter switched to English for our comfort.
A basic tea/ coffee and a snack could be provided especially for long distance flyers.
Changed flight terminals/gates twice. The staff and hospitality was good.

They oversold and down graded me from Premium economy to coach. 75-pound compensation is insufficient if you chose a particular class. I get dehydrated and severe Charley Horse cramps. I requested a bottle of water, even half even less… but no- “We are only allowed to give water by the glass. Nonsense. Lastly, their planes now have a fixed barrier between seats. So even if your entire row is empty, you are confined to just your space. Lastly, London now requires a transit visa for $30 for US citizens. Never travel through London again
Boarding was chaotic. Glad we were group 5 and still had cabin storage available when we boarded. I was expecting crew would get our carryons at the gate since theyclaimed it was a full flight.
Missed food service or not enough food available to serve the passengers. Very poor leg room in economy. Uncomfortable and old seats with some of the seat covers coming off. Lights, entertainment system and call buttons not working for an entire section of the flight between Del-Lhr. Very poor experience overall.
1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy
Good flight, awful, vindictive, vile customer services in T5 Heathrow.
Everything worked well. But nothing really stood out. BA is a reliable work horse for international travel. Moderately priced, reliable but not outstanding in any aspect. I will definitely use them again. The morning flights out of India a definite blessing.
