Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!

Flight was on time. Seats (economy) were very comfortable and food was excellent. The bad thing was that after landing it took an hour to reach arrivals. We had to wait 15mins to get off the plane and then had to board a bus which moved very slowly and took almost 30 minutes.
Amazing and great experience, crew was available and took great care of my parents. Food was nice and so was the service. Aircraft from Dubai to Mumbai was not so great and was a big showdown of the aircraft service

Worst flight I ever had I payed for special seats with underpriced which I never recieved. I will like you to make sure that I am refunded my 134.00 dollars that I paid for the seats that I never received. After paying for seats, I was cramped, my daughters legs kept hitting the seat in front, I had no overhead bin space and no help from stewards on board, the food was served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and never received any, the flight was cold with no temperature controls. I did not have a good experience in both flights of Etihad. First of all, when I was booking the flight, there were two options. The first option was a cheaper flight with longer layover (9 hrs), or a more expensive flight with shorter layover (2 hrs). I booked the expensive flight with shorter layover because I wanted a more comfortable trip. A few days before the trip, Etihad informed me that the departure time of my first flight will change 7 hours earlier, leading to an 9 hour layover, without giving me another option nor reimbursing me for the extra cost. They didn’t even send me an apologetic email for this change. Regarding the flight experience, I would rate it as mediocre. This is mostly because the pilots of both flights did their best to give us the worst approach to airports that I have ever experienced. In the case of the first flight they had to aboard the landing and took off again right before touching the landing strip. The captain said that it was due to wind conditions but the second time the pilot followed the same direction as the first time to land the plane.
Only 1 time food and drinks together was offered, for total 5 hours duration drinks and snacks was never offered. For some people food choice was not available, only veg was available. No entertainment option was there. Crew members were mostly back of the flight asking each other for KitKat and chips to share between them.

The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.

So poor I will endeavour to never fly with them again. Booked flight direct with Lufthansa, LHR to Leipzig, with stop in Frankfurt. Transfer in Frankfurt, via app and website was a '9min walk'...it, quite simply is not - it was a complete terminal change, with passport control & 2nd security check. No guidance provided by gate staff. Missed connection (despite agents at passport control granting line bypass and running for 750m). No assistance from gate agents at missed flight (along with approximately 15 other passengers that didn't make connection. Lufthansa Service Centre staff helpful - their manager was not, stated it was our fault for not leaving enough time to make transfer, revoked compensation....err, how are we supposed to know about construction, new security procedures, late gate changes??? Really??? We went were airline sent us, at pace, they messed up (twice on both legs of journey). Will avoid at all costs in future.
The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
The flight to Frankfurt was delayed. Consequently the connecting flight to Seattle could not be boarded. Lufthansa accommodated in a Cattle Class Flight where the Seats and foods were horrible. I had only Hobson’s Choice and boarded the flight and reached Seattle 3hours later than my scheduled arrival.

Surly rude flight attendants. I ordered the chicken and was given a vegetarian meal with no explanation and no opportunity to change it. I tried to order another beverage and was told by the young humorless flight attendant to “wait”. And she never came back. The seats were very uncomfortable and cramped. The last time I flew British Airways was many years ago but I remember it was amazing and the crew were very charming. This was a terrible disappointment given the cost of the flight.

They oversold and down graded me from Premium economy to coach. 75-pound compensation is insufficient if you chose a particular class. I get dehydrated and severe Charley Horse cramps. I requested a bottle of water, even half even less… but no- “We are only allowed to give water by the glass. Nonsense. Lastly, their planes now have a fixed barrier between seats. So even if your entire row is empty, you are confined to just your space. Lastly, London now requires a transit visa for $30 for US citizens. Never travel through London again
I like Cityflyer as a semi-stand alone part of BA but I dislike mainstream BA thoroughly. A budget airline with budget service but with normal flag carrier prices.
Missed food service or not enough food available to serve the passengers. Very poor leg room in economy. Uncomfortable and old seats with some of the seat covers coming off. Lights, entertainment system and call buttons not working for an entire section of the flight between Del-Lhr. Very poor experience overall.

my experience with kayak was terrible. Team kayak just left me with a booking and limbo and preffered not to contact me.. Instead when I contacted the team they said the booking is cancelled. Seriously 5 days after booking u were waiting of my call to inform me of the incompetence of the team. This will be taken up with higher authorities

Flight crew was lovely. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. The handsets in business class for watching the entertainment are horrible. Very difficult to figure out which buttons are for what. I managed to get the flight maps on my screen but it wasn't easy. Never got anything else up.
