From Chennai to abu dabhi Abudabhi to Chicago Both flights are good , good service too
Air hostesses were great. Food was good. Flat bed is not that flat or comfortable.
Seats were very comfortable and the staff too was very friendly.
Flight got canceled due to Middle East conflict. Just fly hasn’t refunded me the money
Business class ticket should include lounge access and seat selection. The food quality and varieties should be more. It was surpirise that no dessert was offered.

It was an old plane with seats not comfortable and with little space for the legs. I must say that the previous flight I had was amazing on a very comfortable new plane
Used to Etihad employees are very rude and unprofessional but now better than before over all is okay now
The flight take time was changed 23 times. The system kept sending messages it will be earlier at 4am and eventually the flight was at 9am I didn’t sleep all night because of that
Very unfriendly team. It was very difficult to get a cup of coffee. Legroom was extremely small. Old, dilapidated plane.
When landing in Hyderabad, the pilot made a hard landing. Everyone in the plane were shocked. The captain landed the plane hard and felt as if we were going to be thrown out from our seats. It was surprising the captain didn't apologize or make an announcement about. Again a surprise no crew acknowledge this. This was an odd experience!
I don't think there were entertainment options (short flight) - which is why I gave the 'ok' sign. Didn't make a diff in my flight experience either way, however
The planes did not have charging jacks for phones or lap tops and there are no monitors for movies. On the flight from Delhi to Hyderabad I was the last person in First asked for a meal choice and only one meal was available so I had no choice.
Entertainment screens were either broken nor did not work. Also seat back did not work. Definitely not comfortable journey
Everything was bad and entertainment did not work and no landing cards and overall done with Air India
Bathrooms were horrible. No cleaning and floor was full of tissues. Understand that passengers responsibility to keep it clean but crew should check if tissues are there or not. Also, they announced that baggage will be at one carousel but came to a different one.
Bad. Screens didn't work, faulty trays, unclean bathrooms, etc.
worst airlines I have traveled to so far. On my round trip to India, not even once did the entertainment console work, the seats wouldn't recline, Some of the air hostesses were rude and not helpful. Not planning on using Air India till they have new planes and improved inflight service
No in flight entertainment 2 toilets were out of service Crew was good, food is also good
It was less packed. Food was good.Ac was controlled and neatness ok.
