The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own
Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry
Changed flight terminals/gates twice. The staff and hospitality was good.
They oversold and down graded me from Premium economy to coach. 75-pound compensation is insufficient if you chose a particular class. I get dehydrated and severe Charley Horse cramps. I requested a bottle of water, even half even less… but no- “We are only allowed to give water by the glass. Nonsense. Lastly, their planes now have a fixed barrier between seats. So even if your entire row is empty, you are confined to just your space. Lastly, London now requires a transit visa for $30 for US citizens. Never travel through London again
Missed food service or not enough food available to serve the passengers. Very poor leg room in economy. Uncomfortable and old seats with some of the seat covers coming off. Lights, entertainment system and call buttons not working for an entire section of the flight between Del-Lhr. Very poor experience overall.
1. Missed to deliver bags at Destination 2. no coordination at Layover for flight connection for wheel chair , could have missed flights 3. Customer service agents are not honest , talk with attitude and do not provide correct information about baggage policy
Everything worked well. But nothing really stood out. BA is a reliable work horse for international travel. Moderately priced, reliable but not outstanding in any aspect. I will definitely use them again. The morning flights out of India a definite blessing.

Flights were on time. Crew was courteous. Food was much better than I expected. Heathrow is a good transit hub - great selection at the duty free.
