Pros: "I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature."

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

Cons: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

When we checked in they initially had no record of our continuing flight on Virgin Atlantic to the US. They checked our bags through to the US but could not give us boarding cards for the 2nd leg of our flight on Virgin."

Pros: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

It is always day time as it flies."

Pros: "I liked everything about the flight, very comfortable seats (Club World), great staff who were very thoughtful and helpful with our situation (disabled person). The check-in personnel at Chennai were very considerate and helpful, much appreciated. The wheelchair arrangements at Chennai were excellent. The food on the flight was very good and accommodated our dietary restrictions. Entertainment choices (movies) were quite good, too, and managed to get some pretty good sleep as well. The lavatories had green/red light system for availability, visible from our seats, which was very helpful. The lavs were quite well maintained and clean. The flight was on time. and it arrived safely, which is the main thing."
Cons: "The transition from the flight to the terminal at LHR was not optimal, though the staff were trying their best. The "jetty" ramp way for normal deplaning was broken, they said, so they brought a set of steep aluminum steps instead. Navigating these steep steps was not possible for some passengers (difficulty walking and with steps), so finally they called a mechanical lift device (like a fork lift) to help those passengers, many in wheelchairs, who couldn't manage the steps. We had to wait for at least 30-40 minutes on the plane for the lift to arrive and stand outside on its platform up in the air, waiting to be ready to descend to ground level. This was pretty uncomfortable and it made our connection time very short. To compound matters, once on the ground, there was a wheelchair available for only one of us, though 2 had been requested, but as on other flights through LHR, there was unfortunately not enough staff to push it through Term. 5 to the connecting flight. So, I had to do that myself, along with managing my own luggage, which was a bit challenging, as I was tired by then. Our flight connection time, already much shortened by the deplaning situation, was evaporating steadily. Fortunately, there was an excellent staff member from Heathrow, who had been assigned to push someone else's wheelchair, who guided our group of wheelchairs, complete with hand luggage and children, though the maze of Term. 5, through very busy security and finally to our gate. We would have gotten lost and even if not, would almost surely have missed the flight without this guide facilitating this trek. We made the connecting flight with barely 5 minutes to spare."

It has the largest coach seats so no matter where you sit, you aren’t a sardine in a tin can (like those awful 737s). Cabin crew was quiet and seemingly tired, but that’s fine for an evening flight. Cons: "The crew at the boarding were extremely unpleasant. The all process of the boarding was ridiculous. The crew was disorganized and it felt like they didn't know what to do with the passengers that came from a layover. The all experience was truly insulting, the crew laughed at as for misunderstanding what she said. I sincerely hope no one would go to the same experience we did."

Cons: "Our flight was delayed 8 hours and we were given vouchers for a hotel stay which was nice; however, a supervisor named Lauri in Phoenix stated "it was my dog, my problem" after my request for AA to reimburse me for a $50 pet fee at the hotel. What a nice thing to say to someone who paid $125 one-way to stick a dog under a seat."

Pros: "Actual travel was OK. I arrived as per any flight"
Cons: "Baggage policy on my fare rate. Ended up spending about $300 to check a carryon. (proper size and weight) I knew it was not included in the fare, but assumed that I could check it or carryon for a *reasonable* fee. Checkin personnel not sympathetic despite travel being forced by coronavirus eviction. Great fare turned into an expensive full fare."

Pros: "The effort of the crew to do as much as they could. Even at basic econ fare. Profits dictate. People are crammed as much as possible. We felt like folding chairs. But what can be done?"

Pros: "The air line didn’t let me aboard my fly cause my baby Of 6 months!! Was needed a ticket to fly!!!! So I was on time to aboard, but the airline say was too late Really sad."

Cons: "Out flight was supposed to leave by 11:10 PM. United kept delaying the flight until 2 AM when they announced they flight was delayed to 8AM the following morning. At that point we had to stand for 1.5 hours in line in customer service with no information as to why this had happened. By the time we were with customer service it was too late to go to a hotel to sleep, so we had to sleep in the floor of the airport. The flight boarded to leave by 8 AM but we were again delayed in the runway 2 more hours. The last explanation the gave us was that the copilot never showed up. I do not recommend flying with United Airlines."

Cons: "I kept getting bumped into by flight crew ever though I was clear from the aisle, and they would constantly be walking up and down. I had to hold in my trip to a restroom until touch down because I didn't want to get caught up in the ridiculous cross traffic on a plane. Overhead compartment adjacent to me kept opening, thankfully, it didn't cause an accident."

Cons: "Even though I checked in early I was not assigned a seat. I had to wait to see if people didn't show up to claim a seat. For a red eye it is difficult to notify family if you don't get on the flight because most likely they will be getting up early to pick you up at the airport. Luckily I got on the flight but the stress of waiting was tough. I was treated just as if I was on standby yet I purchased my flight ahead of time."

Cons: "I did not like that our flight was delayed three hours. I understand there was a thunderstorm but it has resolved before we were to board the plane. Then we had to switch gates three times."

Cons: "That ac was always wrong so temperature never refreshed. That made impossible to enjoy this trip at all."
