I gave them my American Express card and they did not have the facility to charge that card, how do they not have the ability to use s major credit card at the Bangalore international airport??????? They gave me such a hard time I thought they were going to kick me off the plane just because they had short coming. I had no problem paying the quated amount, since they had the short coming they were blaming me. After a lot discussion/arguments I was able to find a Visa card on me and pay for the excess luggage, but its your short coming and not mine as I had no problem paying the fees yet I was treated badly. What if I did not have a Visa card then would I have been kicked out the plane for something the bangalore international airport have problems. No one should be blamed for issues you have. I had no problem paying to fees... you had the problem that you could not use a major credit card, when there are small markets on the street that can use the American Express card. You should be able to charge people American Express card this is a large international airport with loads of expats living and traveling in and out of Bangalore I hope you look into this instead of just asking for feedback and not doing anything about it. Cons: "Everything! Aircraft seating poor! Cabin crew poor! Slow on board service! Bar service not stocked didn't even have soft drinks"

Pros: "The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Boarding was efficient and the flight departed and arrived on time. It was a smaller aircraft so I did not expect there to be much legroom but it was more comfortable than I expected. reasonably priced ticket. Overall it was a very pleasant and smooth journey. Regarding the review which mentions paying for additional baggage with Kiwi.com - I also tried to book additional baggage with them. I paid for the service but was then sent an email and told I could not book additional baggage through their website and should use the Spicejet website. I contacted Spicejet customer service who were very helpful and efficient and booked the additional baggage with them without any problems. The issue is with Kiwi.com and not Spicejet. Based on this experience I would definitely fly with Spicejet again."

Pros: "I got a seat in the exit row, so was fine with leg room. Checking a bag, even though I had not pre-paid to do this, was easy and didn't cost anything."

When I was checking in for the flight that, the agent told me that they have no record of my paying the baggage fee, I showed him the receipt that showed the inclusion of check baggage. He was rude, refused to call the manager and I had to pay another 400 rupees in cash. I want KIWI or you to refund my baggage fee paid by my credit card or I will take up the case with my credit card company, I will not recommend any one to do business with both KIWI.com and Spicejet.."

They then gave me the wrong labels saying i had to check in at internationals. This caused terrible chaos and they did not seem to understand when I tried to explain that going from Bangalore to vasco de gama was domestic. Other than that a pleasant journey."

Cons: "The luggage check in process was a mess. We were directed to a particular line to complete the check in. As we were standing in the line, 4 out 6 agents closed down and went elsewhere, leaving everyone in the line to check in with remaining 2 agents there. An old couple were there as well, who moved from one counter to the next, to the next, and they were then told to come back in the line! Two of us were traveling together, and presented our tickets together, but we were given seats far away. I requested them for adjacent seats and they said that none were available. I insisted and stayed at the counter, and immediately, the agent found 2 adjacent seats, going on to show that she did not even look for it the first time. The seats have poor cushion. I needed to use multiple pillows to provide cushion for sitting and for back support. The food was average. For some reason, they make the curry extremely spicy, as a result of which many of the passengers find it difficult to eat. The inconsistency of the entertainment unit in AI flights is well known. In many flights, in many rows, it does not work, immaterial of the number of times they reset it. Fortunately for us, this time, the unit was working fine in both our seats. That was not the case during our to-journey."

Pros: "Since my lasr travel inn Air India 6-7 years ago, it has improved a lot. I travelled from chicago to Delhi (non-stop) in May 2017 with my family. Flight is on time. Crew is younger and energetic unlike my last trip. Food is fine. Toilets are clean. Couple of times, They were asking to provide feedback by filling some form which tells me they are genuinely trying to listen and improve further."
