Find Cheap Flights from Amritsar to New Delhi

Cons: Vistara cancelled our flight and sent notification text message to wrong number...we didn't find out until we arrived at the airport! The vistara staff helped us book a flight on another airline.

Pros: It was my first flight with Vistara. The crew was amazing. They added a personal touch by using my name. Still wondering how they knew that :)

Cons: Clear boarding procedures. Instead of 2 boarding groups, it could have been divided into 3-4 boarding groups to avoid congestion.

Pros: Friendly staff, organized boarding, in flight crew helpful in finding seats

Pros: The air hostesses were very warm and friendly.

Pros: They send me last minuite 4 hour delay from Amritsar while I was sleeping. I couldn't get the connection to Varanasi.I had to cancel the trip. But I had to pay hotel charge I think it is very unfair

Pros: They left our baggage en Delhi and we arrived to Kathmandu with nothing but our handbags. Hope today they bring them to the hotel or we'll have trouble

Pros: The cabin was nice quiet and peaceful

Cons: Flight got delayed but was not informed. Incoming was late so (which captain informed during in alight announcment). ] Im sure AI new well in advance that this flight will be delayed for sure. Should have informed the passengers!

Cons: Too long bag drop line and it took 1 hour 30 minutes just to drop bags at Mumbai (Transfer).

Pros: Baggage policy is good

Cons: They hanged me for 1 hour at checking counter because they need baggage info proof of my next connecting flight from DEL TO SFO. They should know that all flights from Del to sfo is with 2 pieces baggage.

Pros: While waiting to board, they first informed me that I had been upgraded from Economy to Business. Then they changed their mind and said it would be Premium Economy. I still didn't mind. And then they say, what the heck, go enjoy yourself in Business. Now that is something I will appreciate for a long time. Happy Birthday Vistara!

Pros: Clean aircraft, excellent food and friendly service. Departure on time and comfortable seats. Five stars!

Cons: We had checked in on line prior to arriving the airport. Due to some( political ) road blockage, we arrived late at the airport and we were not given boarding pass. The gate was open for more than 1 hour after we reached the airport. We were not issued new tickets and not refunded. The staff was not helpful at all. AS we say Customer should be always first. Anyway we missed flight from Delhi to Amritsar. We bought new one way ticket from the airport that evening. We were 5 adults and one baby visiting Golden temple from USA.

Cons: Lines at check in counters were too long and there were less number of CSRs available. It took me 2 hours 30 minutes to check-in and get boarding passes. Same thing happened for the bag drop line and it took 1 hour 30 minutes

Cons: The entertainment system doesn't work at all.

Cons: Tired aircraft! Even though I’m a premium Star alliance member they still only allow one carry on. I am on a round the world business class trip and I never check luggage. I have a carry on and a small personal briefcase and was forced to check my carry on. Never again will I fly Air India.

Cons: Food wasn't good at all, so if you improve the food quality, that would be much better experience.

Pros: I thought I was taking a budget airline but ended up feeling like I was on a top notch airline. Comfortable seats, good snacks, good services. No complaints and would definitely fly again

Pros: We had taken extra legroom seats and so the seating was comfortable.

Cons: The audio system was very poor. Could not watch a single movie. On such long haul flights, the entertainment system needs to be proper.

Pros: Boarding was a mess. Stood in line for over 90 mins. They don’t have Airport checkin kiosks. Flight delayed over 2hours without information to the passengers! Seats are beat up. Lavatories dirty within 3 hours of flying, and this was an 18hour non stop!

Pros: Crew was professional and the plane was very clean

Cons: The seats are very weak and anyone touching on the backside would feel as if they are directly touching you.
