Jet airways posted that flight is cancelled. For two hours it was a nightmare. We went to the airport were surprised that our flight was not cancelled and departed as scheduled. Lack of communication on the jet airways created confusions.
On arrival they used the bus even though many aerobridges were empty , and so took 18 minutes after landing . Also the entertainment does not work for Windows Phones don't
surprise Unnecessary delays and the travel time increased from 8 hours to 14 hours with unknown delay time for the connecting flight
Over all I liked the flight
What a mess!A woman was changing her baby's diaper by the food service area. A group of passagers lyed their babies on the floor to sleep and floor was full of food crumbs. Flight attendant were incapable of keeping passangers undercontrol. Food service was so poor. Going abroad they run out of fish almost after serving 50 passangers and we had no other options but pasta with cheese sauce. Attitude was 'you either eat or don't'. This has happaned twice flying out of US. Flight attendant said 'fish wasn't good anyways and food is much better on return flights'. On my return flight they once again run out the dinner with meat and I was served this time eggplant with rice. They served all the passangers but five row back from the exit doors and few row below from the restrooms received service 30-40min later. Others has already ate and their trays were taken away. By the time they served us my food was cold. Two scoup of rice on the plate was raw and the bread was stale. When I told the flight attendant she said 'she will let her supervisor know' but no body came to talk to me nor offered anything else to eat. Altough I have seen one passenger who got upset been served rice with eggplant received a service later with chicken which wasn't in the menu. Another passanger received two menus at once. Flight attandants are incompetant

The boarding process was odd. The gate agent herded us all toward a set of doors but didn't open them for about 5 min.
Spacious seating, even the last row reclines. Very good service. Free food and drink served throughout - including two warm meals.
Boarding was organized but super time intensive. They group you together and then board in groups. Seems unnecessary. Can't they just boarding rows, like most airlines?

They are telling me because I booked with Kayak through PriceLine or vice versa they will not give me any hotel for my 14 hours lay over.
