The seats and legroom in the A380 were among the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in an airplane. Not sure who to blame, China Southern or Airbus. Stiff foam and hard, no movable headrest, curve did not match my back, knees hit chair in front. I had just flown EVA airlines on a new 747 (I think) and had no such problems.
I missed my flight due to certain inevitable reason and kayak or China southern both didn't wanna help me in such case.
Leg room, food, many opportunities for drinks throughout flight
That I was able to watch movies and the flight wasn't full.
Had to be transported to board the plane. It was delayed for an hour.
the staff were pleasant
the food was ok as I like spicy. But one mouthful of water and a small wine. soft drink, etc was not enough on a 4 hour flight. Leg room was very bad. I am average hight 5 ft 10 inch but could only sit sideways aas not enough room
Good on the plane and in the business class lounge was excellent
Despite recent tragedies that led to loss of life and aircraft, the flag carrier of Malaysia seems to be well on the road back to good health and prosperity. This is a win-win situation all 'round. From being re-booked to an earlier flight by their impressive ground staff to excellent in-flight service and airmanship during the ride, the experience was truly one of the nicest airline experiences in recent memory. With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all.
Though not MH's fault, having to queue for nearly 2 hours at KLIA to clear immigration formalities was an extremely rude welcome back here, considering that it took me less than 30 minutes in June to clear formalities at the "Budget Terminal."
Bags didn't arrive at the destination
Malaysian airlines airport crew at least tried to get us back to Singapore.
Malaysian airlines did not offer us any incentives or better seats after removing us from our flight. We were seated separately and all in the middle row.
We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.
We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.
Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car hires can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
