Cons: The bathroom was noisy from the fan

Cons: Aspects of the rooms are getting a bit old fashioned - no plug by the bed to charge mobiles, for instance.

Cons: Not enough staff were working the day we landed because it was a sunday, there was only 1 person there at the time. The rooms were VERY small, my husband and I couldnt move around without bumping into each other. The AC was not working and once it started we had to wake up from sleep and turn it on every other hour because it would turn off on its own. The bathroom was so tiny that you would flood the entire place if you simply had a shower and there werent enough towels for 2 persons.

Cons: Their lobby signature smell was not the greatest. When we asked for an iron, they told us we had to pick it up from the lobby. Very Slow Wi-Fi!! The overall score of 3 is for the slow Wi-Fi One Sunday night we got back to the hotel after 1:00am and the doors were locked and I staff were around. We called the hotel 5 times and knocked on the door for 10 mins before someone let us in.

Cons: Conveniently located, near metro, great neighborhood, near many restaurants.

Cons: We were there for a week and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons: Staff had some difficulty with English. The AC worked well in one room and poorly in another.

Cons: Standard room was tiny, shower difficult to not get water on floor, closet won't hold standard hangers. Worst was heating system that ran too hot all week. Only solution was opening balcony door and listening to street noise all night.

Cons: Tight Space but OK.

Cons: Air conditioning doesn't work

Cons: Shower was difficult to use without leaking onto floor. Central location results in significant all night noise. I would return again, but location is very important and nose is less of a problem for me.

Cons: I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis. To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual had us wait for about 30 minutes because allegedly his manager was confirming that the room was in order. When we arrived to the room, it was very displeasing to my wife and to myself for the following reasons: 1. The hallway floor had old carpet with noticeable large stains. Clearly not maintained. 2. The room itself was one of the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. Old floor, walls, cabinets sidings and window paint were peeling off. The bathroom walls, bathtub and in sink all had mold. 3. There is no room service. I dialed more than 5 times to the receptionist with no response. 4. No iron available. It was a siege to validate the door card for access to the only room with an iron. One afternoon, I went to the receptionist three times because the receptionist was unable to successfully validate the card. I regret spending my anniversary under these harsh conditions and I will never again stay at this hotel nor will we ever recommend others to stay here as well. Further and for the above reasons, I would like to officially request compensation and your attention to remediate this situation and halt the false advertisement of a “new ibis room.”

Cons: Room had zero art I think. Not that it really matters, but I think every single wall was void of any hanging whatsoever. Makes it seem very vanilla, very bland blah room. Will this affect your night sleep? No. But it's not a cheap hotel by any means so I expected more from the room. The lobby is nice looking, some new modern type wood decor, but aside from the first floor (floor "0") the rest of what I saw was pretty dated and bland - not what you'd expect from a fairly nice seeming, affordable but not cheap hotel in the middle of Paris of all places... Paris known for class, fashion, chic, etc.
