Cons: The weather was quite cold outside and the hotel had not started its heating for the season. Unfortunately, I was very cold for the first two nights of my stay. After several complaints, the staff did provide an extra cover for my bed, which helped.

Cons: Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Recommend focusing on replacing with competitive market bedding that is in line with others. Think of it this way. The market has shifted and consumers now have a mind set of how important their sleep is. In the us there are mattress stores on every corner and the average person is investing a lot in their beds and accessories. This will go a long way in your future planning.

Cons: When I came early to do the check-in, they did not do it due to no room available, so they left my luggage in the safe place. When I came back at midnight, they asked me for the passport and etc... why not did it before? So I can get my key and return to the room to relax. No drinks in the lobby.

Cons: Awful customer service. The personnel isn't trained at all, rude, no respect to customers. Breakfast is very poor. The housekeeper left our room open after cleaning it, and for the whole day it was OPEN TO EVERYONE! Instead of soap she brought the chemical used for washing machines. People could have poisoned themselves with it. Ugly, terrible service.

It wasn’t a problem at all!
The hotel is located next to the metro line 13, and it’s really easy to get to places by the metro or bus. We bought the week pass and traveled all over the city. We even got back to rest afternoon and found it always as 20-30 minutes by public transportation from the hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful- the view from our room was the Parisian street and it was amazing just to do people watching and see the beauty of the city.
The staff was so nice and courteous. The reception staff always greeted us and had a lovely suggestions and a caramel gummy that was nice

Pros: It´s a simple and cozy hotel in Paris that serves the purpose. The staff was very very friendly. Loved that. Breakfast was missing oatmeal, but else good. The hotel is rather north, so a little far away if you want to be as a tourist in Paris. As I had to work near Villepinte, it was perfect to access Peripherique.

Pros: It´s a simple and cozy hotel in Paris that serves the purpose. The staff was very very friendly. Loved that. Breakfast was missing oatmeal, but else good. The hotel is rather north, so a little far away if you want to be as a tourist in Paris. As I had to work near Villepinte, it was perfect to access Peripherique.
Cons: I only found two charging points in the room which sometimes became a challenge with Mac, ipad and iphone but nothing to worry about. It works. I always love to have oatmeal and nuts for breakfast but managed to bring my own, so also no harm taken, but maybe something to think about in the future.

Pros: The hotel was a great place to stay for a few days in Paris! The price was right, and the rooms adequate for our needs. Breakfast was fine, though the choices were few-it was good to get us started for the day. The coffee was tasty, though, and definitely started the day off right. I highly recommend requesting a room with a bathtub (I did), and it seemed to have a little more space in the bathroom. My sister and her husband didn't have a bathtub, and their bathroom was smaller, but they did have a small refrigerator, which I did not. The staff was kind, and helpful, and greeted us each evening upon return to the hotel, and also offered to assist in figuring out public transport, since our stay was during the transportation strike. We were greeted promptly and kindly when we went down for breakfast.

Cons: The breakfast spread could have included a few more choices, but like I said, it helped get us ready for the day. We really had a nice stay, but I would suggest possibly having "quiet hours" at the hotel at night-I know that it wasn't the hotel's fault, but the people in the room next to my sister and her husband were LOUD. AT ALL HOURS. Between music, stomping. yelling on a phone call-they didn't get much rest, even though they had ear plugs in. I know some people are just not considerate of others. I believe that someone finally complained, and either the people left, or decided to be polite. The noises from the street and the hallway are loud. It's city-living, so I would recommend bringing a pair of ear plugs for your stay if you are a light sleeper.

Cons: BE CAREFUL!!!! They have taken my reservation money twice and now they are not answering and do not want to return the money. They removed the money from the card without a permision and, if you give them card information, they can take off as much money as they want without your knowledge! After that, they do not respond to messages and you cannot get in touch with them. Great shame for a facility like this. As for the accommodation, the location is good, the rooms and hallway are extremely small, but the accommodation is decent, adequate for the price.

Cons: This is a bed and breakfast not a hotel. It is very small. The picture are not correct. They make the room seem more big than it is. My room had ants and spiders in it. The bathroom was the size of a storage closet under the stairs. You only get one pillow that was flat. The space to walk around the bed was so tight that I had to turn side ways to walk to the bathroom.

Cons: What I didn't like about the hotel is that my passport went missing from my room and none of the staff offered proper investigation to how this happened. We arrive at the hotel on Friday, I checked in with my passport with the reception, the receptionist didn't give me back my passport as this was left in the scanner. I later came down to the reception to pick it up. Went back to my room and put the passport in my backpack and never took it out again. I was supposed to go back to the UK on Sunday, got to the Eurostar station to show my passport to the border police but can't find it where I left it in my bag. Just like that, it disappeared.

Pros: Being on the last floor was nice as we did not hear anything coming from the street, so we got really good sleep every night. It was cleaned very well daily, props to the cleaners! Wifi speeds are good and the price we paid for 6 days was amazing considering the location (walking distance to Montmartre, Place de Clichy) and public transport just outside. The fact that it is a bit secluded from the street and has its own small plaza at the front makes it feel safer too.

Cons: Restaurant did not had any vegetarian main course dish. Also they were open for limited time with no room service. Rooms were missing basic things like glasses for water and coffee maker. No toiletries. Television had very limited options all in french. Passage from hotel to street via stairs/lift was kind of unclean and unsafe as lot of outsiders were sitting in the stairs

Cons: Some of the kitchen staff who attended for breakfast were rather moody and ome gentleman with long dark hair kept grumbling and showing poor attitude when people made mistakes at the breakfast session Our bedroom toilet had no lights and majority of the bulbs in the room did not turn on. A piece of the furniture dropped off as my 2 years old daughter ran past and luckily I saw it and found it had sharp nails The bathroom hair dryer was broken and not working and the shower head did not stay up had to be held whilst having a shower. I felt the bedroom window could have had better security as it opened too wide
