Cons: The staff was very rude . When I requested a half an hour delay in check out time , they threatened to barge in the room exactly at 12.00 . I had to tell them , if they like I can walk in underpants in the lobby and dress up there !!!! Very impolite and rude for a four star hotel . Never choose this hotel , whatever the good review might say....

Cons: Staff not very friendly. Try to call bell hop in morning of our departure no answer had to carry our own luggage down. Bathroom shower was full of mold very nasty try to change room Hotel was 100% booked or so we were told. We booked to have room with Eiffel Tower but instead got room on first floor with no view. Two guests arrived after us got much better rooms. Only difference we booked thru Expedia and other guests booked directly with Hotel.

Cons: Staff was rude and unaccommodating. Rooms were not available at the checkin time and staff repeatedly instructed patrons to come back every hour which ruined a day of travel. Wouldn't recommend for vacation travelers.

Cons: Rooms did not have any drawer storage for clothes, There was room for 2 night stands yet there was only one. Paint color in rooms and hall was depressive,

Cons: Ice machine not working. No refrigerator in room

Cons: I am very displeased with the quality and service provided during my stay at this Ibis. To start, I booked this hotel because the description indicated “the new ibis room” to celebrate my eighth wedding anniversary. To my surprise it was completely the contrary. When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist to confirm my specific room requests (indicated above and below). The individual had us wait for about 30 minutes because allegedly his manager was confirming that the room was in order. When we arrived to the room, it was very displeasing to my wife and to myself for the following reasons: 1. The hallway floor had old carpet with noticeable large stains. Clearly not maintained. 2. The room itself was one of the worst maintained hotel room I have ever stayed. Old floor, walls, cabinets sidings and window paint were peeling off. The bathroom walls, bathtub and in sink all had mold. 3. There is no room service. I dialed more than 5 times to the receptionist with no response. 4. No iron available. It was a siege to validate the door card for access to the only room with an iron. One afternoon, I went to the receptionist three times because the receptionist was unable to successfully validate the card. I regret spending my anniversary under these harsh conditions and I will never again stay at this hotel nor will we ever recommend others to stay here as well. Further and for the above reasons, I would like to officially request compensation and your attention to remediate this situation and halt the false advertisement of a “new ibis room.”

Cons: Room had zero art I think. Not that it really matters, but I think every single wall was void of any hanging whatsoever. Makes it seem very vanilla, very bland blah room. Will this affect your night sleep? No. But it's not a cheap hotel by any means so I expected more from the room. The lobby is nice looking, some new modern type wood decor, but aside from the first floor (floor "0") the rest of what I saw was pretty dated and bland - not what you'd expect from a fairly nice seeming, affordable but not cheap hotel in the middle of Paris of all places... Paris known for class, fashion, chic, etc.

Cons: There is construction on going 2fl below. There is mold and mildew everywhere. The tub is disgusting, and the toilets were stained. We requested for early check-in around10am for my elderly mom and aunt and they agreed in email but on the day made them check in at 3pm. I booked 2 paranomic view apt (~€2000)but both was of buildings of others homes, and offices. The GM Élie Elhayek had done this because my company lawyers tried to had miss booked the of 2 apartments was in error and we wanted to cancel one reservations but he completely dismissive, and had interns email a week later and retaliated by giving us the worst rooms in the builing. there no detergents to clean the floors, no housekeeping after even staying 1wk. Two receptionists were amazing, but I would never go to this brand of hotel ender again. There are bother apartments hotels that are hands on, like a upon Lisbon hotel/residence. I have photos and upload them on trip advisor to corroborate my experience.

Cons: No hot water in a cool season, REALLY!!!!! After a long cold day walking, you want to get to your room and get cozy. Well no, turns out when we got there there was no hot water. And I'm 100% sure they knew when they give us the key. Since we stay there only a night, well yeah! they didn't care. They weren't sorry and didn't apologize either. They give us the key to another room to take a shower. Mattress where hard. Floors and walls where dirty. My fears from all the bad reviews I read came true!!

Cons: Reception staff not friendly, high humidity in the bathroom, bad smell in the room
