Pros: Bathroom was very clean and bed was also clean. The breakfast was good, not as good as other Holiday Inn hotels bus considering it was close to the city it was ok.
Cons: Just got one small bar of soap for hand and face washing during all our stay. The room had no safe box nor drawers.

Pros: Affordable hotel, away from the main attractions and therefore the tourists and high prices. Relatively clean, safe, and served my particular purposes of being close to a conference in the same neighborhood.
Cons: Very small rooms. WiFi did not always work, even when I was in the reception area. The worst was the hotel receptionist when I arrived. He spoke only French and Arabic. When contacted about the WiFi , which is advertised online and throughout the hotel as available, he dismissed the issue, since the WiFi worked fine for him. When pressed further to help find a solution, he became extremely rude, aggressive, and racist. More than once, he walked away angrily, speaking loudly, and said I can just leave the hotel without a refund if I am unhappy. Worst experience ever at a hotel.

Cons: The door on the lobby won't open during late night. I had to knock on the door for over 3 mins in rainy night.

Pros: In the past I stayed in this hotel numerous times. Good location.
Cons: This hotel is not secure at all. People partying at night in the courtyard until the wee hours of the morning, front door that can't lock (there is no receptionist at night), people knocking at your door at night and asking if they come in and/or if they can ask you a question!!! this hotel used to be GREAT now it is a piece of junk!
