As a Platinum IHG member, I expected better. My stay included malfunctioning room amenities, a lack of basic services like a wheelchair for short-term use, and the theft of my work notebook. The lobby manager was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting I prove the theft happened at the hotel. Pros (+) Club Lounge is amazing with all day champagne and food throughout the day.
Cons (-) Aspects of the rooms are getting a bit old fashioned - no plug by the bed to charge mobiles, for instance.
