Pros: Craig in first cabin flight crew was amazing. :))))

Pros: Comfy, nice crew, attentive.

Cons: Nowt

Pros: Although there were delays they kept us informed on a regular basis as to what to expect and seemed genuinely apologetic for any inconveniences. Boarding and deplaning were smooth and efficient. I really appreciated that there was no charge for checking a bag. I am certain that contributes to the ease of everyone getting on and off the plane. Our bags arrived at baggage claim about the same time we got there. I would definitely fly with Virgin Atlantic again.

Cons: Seats were really old and outdated

Cons: Boarding was delayed for 25 min and was no information for that. Otherwise everything was good

Pros: I liked the size of the cups for drinks: smaller than usual.

Cons: You could train some of your crews to behave more polite to the customers like they do in the Japanese airlines. Male crews tended to be nicer than female crews.

Pros: One of several preferred airlines when flying to Asia. Really enjoy their service, and it's wonderful to wake up to many beauties in view!

Cons: More water, drinks. The food was absolutely horrible.

Pros: Not sure I can comment on this particular flight.

Cons: On time departure, being truthful about delayed departure time and taxiing time, easier landing (had a lot of ear pain from rapid air pressure drop), It took over 30 mins from the time the plane landed for bags to load on the carousel

Cons: I missed my flight from Dallas to Houston because the flight from Frankfurt was late. However I appreciate the promptness with which Lufthansa customer rep attended to me and put me on another flight. Excellent.

Pros: staff was nice

Cons: it was late as always, so instead of getting home tonight, I am in a crapy hotel in Houston ....

Pros: the entertainment was fine

Cons: I hadn't ordered a vegetarian meal and therefore couldn't eat anything on the flight - everything was red meat based, the seats are tiny which is rough on a long haul, the airline asks people to take off headphones 30min-1hr before arrival, crew was incredibly rude, aircraft was old

Pros: The flight attendant got me a vegetarian meal without me asking. I thought I had ordered one but I had not? So I thought I would have to skip a meal.

Cons: I hada middle seat next to a very large man with broad shoulders who was taking up space in my seat (he also had a middle seat). I know he could not help it but the flight was long and very cramped and uncomfortable. I wish larger passengers would not get a middle seat

Pros: Nothing. It was a horrible experience.

Cons: They could have checked in our bags but didn't. They could have been more courteous. They could have checked us in through to our final destination (Seattle) but didn't. I will never fly China Eastern again.

Pros: some of the meals were tasty.

Cons: No WiFi on the flight back, poor entertainment choices, overall an uncomfortable flight experience.
