Great staff, very clean and overall great value for money
Room was pretty small and a bit noisy
Location is great for the price
Room was abit small
No fridge in room
Cute little room in a great location.
My room on the second floor was directly above the restaurant next door, where music was played until about 10:30...wouldn’t normally have been an issue, except that I was extremely tired from traveling and went to bed early.
smooth check in. breakfast in the morning was meh, not amazing, but at least you get something. price was good value in the neighbour. extremely close to the bart station which we loved. but overall comfortable stay
room was small and right next to the elevator. walls are not very sound proof, can hear the guests from next door.
The Mosser is a historic hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Tucked between the amazing shopping of Union Square and the busy Moscone Convention Center area, it retains much of its original good looks and charm but has been modernized to offer travelers all of the most desirable amenities and services. The 1913 hotel is just a short walk to the Powell Street BART station and is also convenient to Chinatown and Fisherman’s Wharf. You can visit the Contemporary Jewish Museum, American Conservatory Theater, and Metreon in seconds and hop a cable car for an unforgettable ride.
Of course, you may find all that you require right on the hotel’s premises. After all, it is home to a world-class recording studio that artists often book along with their room. There is valet parking (for a fee), valet laundry services, free use of the nearby Marriott Spa and Fitness Center, free breakfasts in the Keystone Corner Room (the on-site restaurant), and 24-hour front desk, among other services. Visitors will also want to enjoy a drink or meal at the Keystone to savor its delicious local favorites.
Rooms vary from Deluxe rooms to shared bathrooms. All have interesting views of the gardens or city and include truly stylish décor, iPod docking stations, custom and signature furnishings, and artwork, luxury linens, free Wi-Fi, a sitting area, desk, TV and most offer a private bath (though there are shared bath options).
The Mosser lets guests enjoy old world San Francisco like it was more than 100 years ago and yet places them close to the hustle and bustle and excitement of the modern city.
