The bed was comfortable but the room was way too noisy at night. People shouting, music super loud and trucks.
The location cannot be worst. The surroundings are full of homeless people and it is very dangerous. Nothing was mentioned in the comments nor on the website.
The stuff was really nice and helped wherever possible. All touristic things you have to see are not as far located from the hotel. We discovered the city by foot.
The shared bathroom was dirty. I think they didn't cleaned it during our stay. Hair has blocked the shower drain and has definitely been lying there for a long time. A used and forgotten towel has been lying next to the toilet for the whole 4 days. (No, I do not mean the doormat)
Literally everything, the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The neighborhood around is very shady with tons of homeless and drug addicts hanging out right by the front doors of the hotel. My dad andI felt very unsafe walking around. The place had dirty shits, the bathroom had a pink mold all around, breakfast is a complete joke, we needed to go out to get some food, I saw a mouse on a hallway and then found a holes of the mouse bites on my pack of candy left at the room. I told the front desk and they did completely nothing. This place should not be an offer for the tourist to stay, both cleanees and safety wise. I wish I've taken pictures to show it.
Polite staff, clean rooms, hallways and restrooms. Personal fan, heaters, hairdryer and free cable. Decent free breakfast and also cable TV.
We had a room advertised as with a private bathroom with a bathtub. It was only a shower and the bathroom was so small you couldn't turn around in it. Also no place to hang anything in the room. I spoke to the clerk and they were very polite and apologized for any inconveniences. They also changed the listing on the web to something more accurate. I enjoy staying there and book with them once or twice a month for about a year. I highly recommend this establishment to all visiting San Francisco.
